Pros:

Tolle Lage mit kurzen Wegen. Ganz nette Gastgeber, alle Wünsche wurden uns erfüllt. Sehr schöne Wellnesslandschaft und wunderbare Zimmer. Uns hat es sehr gut gefallen!

Apart from a few details, we are pleased with our stay.
Pros:

Friendly and helpful staff.
Good location - really close to skibus stop and shop.
Swimming pool with water jets.
Good food.

Cons:

The children's playroom is old and neglected - it needs renovation.
Saunas were not working due to the small number of guests. When I asked about it at the reception I found out that they could be turned on our request - and that's fine, but it would be good if such information was posted directly in the sauna area.
Due to the large number of flies, it would be worth considering mosquito nets on the balcony doors.

Rundum sehr schönes familiengeführtes Hotel
Pros:

DAs Frühstück war sehr gut, ausgewogen und die Lebensmittel waren hochwertig, d.h. Tomaten schmecken nach Tomaten , Gurke nach Gurke usw. Die Eier waren gut, Auswahl an Brötchen hervorragend. Das Abendessen super in allen Belangen. Tolles Salatbuffet. Die Lage zum Skibuss gut. Das Wellness Angebot sehr gut. Die Zimmer gemütlich eingerichtet und sehr sauber.

Cons:

Das Sitzen im Untergeschoss des Restaurants war etwas ungemütlich, läßt sich aber nich umgehen. Ist vielleicht auch Geschmacksache ob es jemanden stört. Ist aber insgesamt kein Negativ Punkt.

Erholsamer und entspannter Jahreswechsel.
Pros:

Besonders ist die Saunalandschaft, nicht nur im Untergeschoss, sondern auch eine Panorama-Sauna und Panorama-Pool.
Das Essen zum Silvester-Gala-Abend war klasse. Am Abend würde ich mir mehr gegartes Gemüse wünschen.

Cons:

Das Personal war sehr nett. Aber für ein 4-Sterne-Hotel erwarte ich etwas besseren Service. Die Zuteilung der Speisen an den Tischen schien etwas durcheinander und nicht koordiniert. Aber das ist jammern auf hohem Niveau. Manche Zimmer sind noch älteren Modells. Es ist aber alles sauber und ordentlich.

Qualitativ hochwertiges Hotel mit exzellentem Essen.
Pros:

Die Suite für zwei Personen war sehr geräumig. Sehr angenehm auch die eigene Sauna, die im Badezimmer integriert ist.
Das Essen war bzgl. Auswahl und Qualität exzellent. Besonders das Salat- und Vorspeisen-Buffet sowie die Menü-Auswahl abends waren hervorragend. Die am Tisch servierten Speisen waren sehr ansprechend auf den Tellern angerichtet.

Cons:

Im Skikeller kann es bei Vollbelegung des Hotels schon mal eng werden.
Die Zufahrt zur Tiefgarage ist ziemlich eng und steil. Aber es gibt weitere Parkplatz-Alternativen am Hotel.

Pros:

Schoon en vriendelijke personeel. Heerlijke producten met het ontbijt, rond 15:00 uur en avondeten. Zag er verzorgd uit.

frendlicher zuvorkommend Familien Betrieb , gutes Essen, großzügiges modernes Zimmer, schönes wirlpool am Dach mit phantastischer Aussicht

Cons:

dass kein Bademantel am Zimmer ist, dieser kann für 5 Euro an Rezeption geholt werden. Dies sollte bei der Buchung angegeben werden.
