Empfang und Zimmer waren top – sehr sauber und angenehm. Auch der Service beim Frühstück war hervorragend: große Auswahl und sehr freundliches Personal.

Cons:

Leider wurde der insgesamt positive Eindruck am Abend stark getrübt. Eine Servicekraft (blonde, kurze Haare) war äußerst unfreundlich und wirkte sehr lustlos. Besonders ärgerlich: Sie wollte unser Essen und die Getränke doppelt kassieren, obwohl die Rechnung bereits bei ihr selbst von unserem Freund beglichen worden war. Zudem waren die Gläser nicht ordentlich eingeschenkt.

Gegen 22:30 Uhr wurde plötzlich die Klimaanlage stark aufgedreht. Auf Nachfrage kam lediglich die Aussage: „Sorry, I’m tired.“ – ein Verhalten, das für ein Hotel dieser Kategorie wirklich inakzeptabel ist.

Sehr schade, da der Rest des Aufenthalts wirklich überzeugend war.
