Wir hatten ein Zimmer gebucht über Booking COM. Über mehrere E-Mails mit dem Hotel habe ich meinen Wunsch geäußert, ein bestimmtes Zimmer zu bekommen, dass unter dem gebuchten Wert des Zimmers auf Booking COM lag. Man verständigte sich darauf vor Ort, das zu regeln und um zu buchen.
Als wir vor Ort Downgegradet haben, wurde uns der Betrag von knapp 180€ nicht erstattet, weil wir uns ja selbst downgegradet haben.

Das Frühstück nach der ersten Nacht war leider sehr früh fast alle und wurde auch nicht wirklich aufgefüllt, beim zweiten Frühstück war dann aber alles okay, so wie es bei diesem Preis auch sein sollte

Hotel s dobrou atmosférou a skvelou polohou
Pros:

Skvelá lokalita/poloha hotela priamo vo vnútri Masarykovho okruhu. Možnosť ísť sa prejisť k paddockom a celkovo popri trati. Ochotný a nápomocný personál a to na recepcii aj v reštaurácii. Izby boli priestranné, moderné, čisté. S možnosťou oddeliť postele. Pohodlná stolička a aj dostatočný priestor na prácu s notebookom. Raňajky boli štandartné a chutné. Večera z a la carte bola vynikajúca a za primerané ceny. Môžem len odporučiť.

Cons:

Naozaj neviem, čo by som požadoval, aby bolo lepšie.
