El personal fue amigable.

Cons:

Cuando llegamos, nos dijeron que tenían problemas con el gua y entonces nos cambiaron a otro hotel que está en la misma calle pero que se veía claramente de muchísima menos calidad. No podíamos hacer nada porque ya era demasiado tarde. Habíamos reservado una "Suite para 4x" y nos dieron dos habitaciones de mediana o más bien baja calidad. Los baños estaban demasiado sucios y el "desayuno" fue muy decepcionante, porciones mínimas... y además debíamos ir a este hotel por él (donde era la reserva original). Lamentablemente no fue una estancia agradable.

Séjour très agréable dans cet hôtel à Amman. L’établissement est vraiment kids-friendly, ce qui a rendu le voyage très confortable avec les enfants.

Issam a été d’une grande aide tout au long du séjour : toujours disponible pour répondre à nos questions, nous conseiller et nous expliquer la ville.

L’emplacement est également très pratique, on peut rejoindre facilement le centre et visiter à pied.

Merci pour l’accueil et pour l’attention portée tout au long du séjour.

Amazing hospitality
Pros:

I can tell this hotel is going to be beautiful soon, they were re painting/renovating when I was there and so far it looks amazing, the two staff me and my partner met were the kindest and so helpful we’ve never felt so welcomed before it was a perfect start to Jordan for us we even extended our stay, our room was spacious a comfy bed with warm AC.

Amazing hospitality and great hotel, 10/10 thank you.

Pros:

Bardzo miły Pan recepcjonista. Pokoje słabe i niezbyt czyste. Zapach jak w starej kamienicy ale od czego są odświeżacze powietrza. Pościel czysta, ręcznik też. Jak się dogadasz to nawet śniadanie się znajdzie coś jest fajne na start o poranku, zwłaszcza jak jesteś w trakcie ramadanu. Polecam wziąć pokój z oknem od ulicy, lepiej pachnie, choć ulica jest przelotowa i jest cały czas ruch aut.
