Espectacular
Pros:

Hotel hermoso , lindo , cómodo , limpio , camas super cómodas con una vista excepcional , terraza con vistas , camastros para tomar sol , hidromasaje ,y desayuno espectacular servido en la terraza donde disfrutábamos del paisaje cada mañana . La ubicación inmejorable , zona restaurantes y tiendas . Soñamos con volver pronto .

Po przylocie czekała na nas bardzo niemiła niespodzianka. 😡 Poinformowano nas, że w zarezerwowanym przez nas pokoju pękła rura i na dwa dni musimy przenieść się w inne miejsce – rzekomo tyle miała potrwać naprawa.

Drugiego dnia poszedłem do recepcji, aby upewnić się, czy wszystko jest już gotowe. Na miejscu zastałem innego pracownika, któremu musiałem tłumaczyć całą sytuację od nowa, ponieważ o niczym nie wiedział! Gdy podałem szczegóły rezerwacji, pani stwierdziła, że to niemożliwe, bo w tym pokoju są zameldowani inni goście i na pewno pomyliłem nazwę... 🤯

Nasze podejrzenia szybko się potwierdziły. Żadnej awarii nie było. Hotel po prostu przyjął podwójną rezerwację (overbooking), a nas okłamał.

Po dwóch dniach spania w tymczasowym miejscu musieliśmy czekać do godziny 13:00, aż zwolni się nasz właściwy pokój. Na dodatek recepcjonistka zapytała ze zdziwieniem, czy nie podobało nam się tam, gdzie nas przenieśli... Zupełnie jakby nie rozumiała, że gdybym chciał mieszkać w tamtym standardzie, to zarezerwował bym go od początku.

Kompletny brak profesjonalizmu, nieuczciwe praktyki i ignorancja wobec klienta. Obiekt, który ma w nazwie „Luxury”, nie powinien mieć z luksusem nic wspólnego. Zdecydowanie nie polecam!

Η καλύτερη τοποθεσία που μπορείς να έχεις στα Φηρά, το προσωπικό πάντα πρόθυμο να μας εξυπηρετήσει και φυσικά η θέα που σου παρέχει το κατάλυμα είναι απίστευτη όπου πραγματικά δεν αξίζει να πας πουθενά αλλού για να δεις το ηλιοβασίλεμα.

What to say for this beautiful amazing place. First of all of the staff they are amazing doesn’t matter what time it was they replay to you for everything you need. They made us feel like home. Second the location is in heart of fira. That morning coffee with the amazing view i will miss it. The room inside amazing clean and you have everything you need. Ohhh my partner loved the extra king size bed. For the instagram girls ohhhh from your balcony you can make the most amazing picture for the instagram stories. If i keep going writing the amazing thing about Asha suites i will need one life time. Amazing amazing thank you Asha team for everything

Excelente escolha
Pros:

Da localização, do quarto que é um tamanho excelente e o quarto é literalmente inserido na natureza. A piscina muito boa e vale destacar o funcionário de nome Manuel que é muito simpático e profissional. Excelente escolha em Puerto Iguazu.

Cons:

Para pessoas idosas o caminho para o quarto é um pouco desafiador pois tem uma subida e pode ser escorregadio mas existe a opção de pedir o carrinho de golf para leva lo.
