Für ein Deluxe-Zimmer viel zu kleines Bad. Das Frühstück konnten wir zeitlich nicht erleben aber das dafür zur Verfügung gestellte „Lunch-Paket“ war weniger als Jugendherberge… enttäuschend

Schöner Ausblick,moderne Ausstattung, freundliches Personal, schöner Wellnessbereich, Tiefgarage bei Unwetter ideal, Frühstück sehr lecker☺️
Zu Fuß kommt man zu den Gondeln, die man mit der SommerCard kostenlos fahren kann

Die Matratze war uns viel zu weich aber das ist natürlich Geschmacksache😉

Trotz einiger Kritikpunkte hatten wir einen schönen Aufenthalt

- Ausreichend Handtücher im Spa
- Freundlicher Empfang
- Gute Parkmöglichkeiten
- Schöne Saunalandschaft (abseits der Indoor-Ruhebereiche)
- Trüffelpommes am Pool super lecker
- Schöne Außenanlage
- Größtenteils sauber
- Leckere Cocktails

Cons:

- Doppelbett sehr weich und die Matratzen rutschen auseinander
- Schlechte Ablagemöglichkeiten im Zimmer (z. B. muss der Toilettenbeutel in eine Schublade im Bad; Schrank hat kaum Regalfächer)
- Spiegel über dem Bett war dreckig mit Spritzern (...)
- Bilder auf Booking sind nicht mehr aktuell (Indoorpool ist jetzt Fitnessraum)
- Hotelrestaurant sehr teuer und kleine Portionen
- Frühstücksbuffet könnte mehr Auswahl haben und war um halb 10 oft schon sehr leer (haben z. B. erst am letzten Tag gemerkt, dass die Brötchenauswahl größer ist, weil wir da 1h früher dran waren.)
- Spa Ruhebereiche sind entweder sehr stickig (beim Pool riecht es etwas nach Abfluss) oder ohne Ausblick
- Kaffee unterschiedlich gut (Cappuccino am Frühstück nicht gut, Cappuccino an der Bar sehr gut); Filterkaffee beim Frühstück mal stark, mal schwach
- Bedienung spricht kein Deutsch (nur Englisch)
- Bestellungen am Frühstück zu den Stoßzeiten unzuverlässig
- Baustelle neben dem Hotel (06/2026)
- In der Nebensaison fahren keine Lifte und auswärts Essen ist sehr eingeschränkt.
- Das Hotel ist etwas unübersichtlich und die Laufwege zwischen Pool, Sauna, Restaurant und Zimmer sind lang
- Außenpool hätte etwas wärmer sein können

Schöner Kurzurlaub

Stilvoll eingerichtet, sehr gutes Frühstück.
Schöner Wellnessbereich und es war nichts los!!

Cons:

Das dunkle Design muss man mögen. Zum Teil empfanden wir es als etwas „drückend“. Im Wellnessbereich waren wir daher am Pool mit großen Fenstern und hellerer Einrichtung.
