Cons:

Кухня, если её так можно назвать (чай, кофе сделать, столов нет) находится на 0 этаже и по факту расположена как в небольшой кладовке так и в общем вестибюле. Получается спускаешься с номера (2 этаж), делаешь чай, поднимаешься с чашками в лифте обратно в номер. Потом обратно это всё несешь.

Душевая кабина протекала, пол постоянно мокрый.

Спасибо Gemini помог разобраться как настроить кондиционер, который управляется с настенного блока и тот поначалу настойчиво не хотел делать температуру ниже 24 градусов. Инструкция бы не помешала.
