Lovely staff helping and supporting!
Pros:

The best thing of thus hotel is the staff who is nice and helpful. The location is perfect for Aswan, by corniche, close to Nile, cafes, places to eat etc.

Cons:

Hotel need renovation, it was very noisy and we had a city view room, not a Nile view (hard for someone with sleep difficulties.)

Excellent emplacement. Rapport qualité prix excellent !
Décoration légèrement datée mais ça va avec le prix.
L’hôtel est confortable. Petit-déjeuner simple mais suffisant.

Cons:

Un peu bruyant car donne sur l’avenue, mais c’est le prix de la vue et de la situation centrale.

Η τοποθεσία ήταν εξαιρετική και με υπέροχη θέα και το προσωπικό πολύ ευγενικό και εξυπηρετικό..

Cons:

Φτωχό πρωινό..Για τα λεφτά του δεν άξιζε καν..Οι πόρτες δεν κλεινανε καλα,Τα σεντόνια ήταν με λεκέδες καθαρά μεν αλλά με λεκέδες.. Και πολλά άλλα πράγματα που λείπανε για την άνεση μας..Άλλο κλείνεις και άλλο περνεις..Προσοχή μεγάλη σε όλα τα ξενοδοχεία στην Αίγυπτο..Τίποτα δεν είναι όπως φαίνεται στης φωτογραφίες

Location is great, close to mini-markets, food places and just across the ferry crossing.
Room was very big (actually a small apartment)
Breakfast was nice if taken in the hotel.

Cons:

Room (specially living room) was a bit dusty.
Windows are thin so noisy traffic will get in your sleep.

A quick pass through.
Pros:

Balcony view of the River Nile and boats. Live scenery of the streets. The moonlight settling towards the west. The request of two beds. Beds comfy. Quick response of the hotel booking manager.

Cons:

Room too small, hair on the bed linens. The confusion and mistakenly of the hotel staff thinking “my” Egyptian staff that was working with my European guests assist the travels from Luxor to Aswan staying at the Old Cataract, I had my staff staying at this hotel. While having breakfast, staff asking why are they sitting there having breakfast. Discrimination.

Καλή τοποθεσία, χαμογελαστό προσωπικό, πρόθυμοι να βοηθήσουν.αρκετα καλό το πρωινό

Οι τοίχοι από τα δωμάτια θέλουν βάψιμο,είναι πάνω από 10 χρόνια βρώμικοι,ντουζιέρα ήθελε δουλειά ,κλείσαμε τρία δωμάτια,στο ένα δεν είχε τζαμι και τρέχανε τα νερά στο πάτωμα,ΥΠΕΡΒΟΛΙΚΟ, θόρυβο από έξω ,μηδέν ίχνος μόνωσης.γενικα πολλές κακοτεχνίες στο ξενοδοχείο,μάλλον δεν τους νοιάζει και πολύ στην Αίγυπτο γιατί συνάντησα παντου κακοτεχνίες και προχειροτητες..... καθαριότητα θεωρούν το σκούπισμα μόνο.......πολλά χρήματα δώσαμε για αυτά που προσφέρει....

This is not a good hotel. I can tell staff try their best and location is central, but there are just too many things wrong with it. Don't stay here.

Cons:

Hotel is very old. One of the bed sheets was not cleaned. Room was full of flies. Flies are common in Aswan, but not like this. The shower was not working properly and we had to ask for soap as there was none in the room. Breakfast was not good. No elevator. The furniture is quite old. And the room is quite noisy, it is difficult to sleep. Honestly our experience in a group of three was so bad that we left the hotel one day earlier than planned and had to book a new place last minute. Be warned, the pictures can be misleading.

Pros:

Breakfast box provided at 2 AM. It was a light meal, but it was a good gesture from the hotel.

Cons:

No elevator. No body helped me moving my bages during check out. I checked out early morning 2 AM but no body was available to move my luagages from 2nd floor to the taxi. I called the reception without answer.

Frente al rio nilo, con agua caliente y le personal amable

Cons:

Habitación pequeña, instalaciones antiguas, poca iluminacion, se escucha todo el sonido de la calle y el callejón del lado izquierdo que no acabaron hasta cerca de las 2 am.
Si uno no mira hacia las ventanas y ve el nombre del hotel (que esta casi del mismo color de las paredes por lo que apenas se nota) es difícil de localizar ya que el nombre es muy pequeño a la entrada principal
