Pros:

great vibes and value for money. The small pool with the river view is very nice. Also one can swim in the nile river directly from the hotel!! Loved it.

Cons:

some of the staff wasnt very proffesional and honest! Other staff was great!

A Charming property at a magic view
Pros:

A very charming property on a magnificent Nile view. The staff was too friendly, helpful, polite and proactive. we had a complementary round shuttle service from/to the Airport with Mr. Ahmed who was very nice and gentle. The property Manager, Mr, Galal he was so nice and supported us when we asked for the attractions.

Cons:

The site was congested with mosquitos, and the room was very small with uncomfortable bed at all.

Cons:

We could not sleep at all. The AC did not work. It was hot in the room. Mosquitoes were coming in the room biting us all night long flying in our ears buzzing. This was the worst place I have slept in my life. No mosquito nets nothing. We booked a room with 2 twin beds and were given a room with only one bed. Do not stay here unless if you want to be chewed on by mosquitos all night long.

Limpeza nos quartos deixa muito a desejar, conforto da cama péssimo, barulho da rua toda a noite, esperar uma hora pela comida no restaurante, mosquitos, não ofereceram garrafas de agua de boas vindas para os quartos como em outros alojamentos

Overall satisfied, nice staff, free airport transfer and a place to relax after the stress of Aswan.
Pros:

The layout of the resort, the colours, the pool, and overall peaceful aspect of the property. Additionally the free airport transfer and the breakfast they prepare for you.

Cons:

The walls are a bit thin and you might hear people but after midnight it was quiet so not a problem.

An absolutely wonderful hotel! I would like to thank the management for their great care and the luxurious stay with its authentic Nubian atmosphere. Mr. Galal, Ms. Sarah, and the entire staff are highly responsible and do their absolute best to ensure guest satisfaction. The hotel features an amazing and unique seating area overlooking the Nile, and the rooms are exceptionally clean. The place is highly recommended for relaxation and peace of mind.
فندق أكثر من رائع! أشكر إدارة المكان على الاهتمام والإقامة الفاخرة التي تتميز بالطابع النوبي الأصيل. الأستاذ جلال والأستاذة سارة وجميع أفراد طاقم العمل على قدر عالٍ جداً من المسؤولية، ويبذلون قصارى جهدهم لإرضاء النزلاء. يتميز الفندق بجلسة ساحرة ومميزة جداً على النيل، بالإضافة إلى نظافة الغرف. المكان مناسب للغاية للاسترخاء والهدوء.

L’emplacement un vrai havre de paix. Si vous voulez tester les maisons nubiennes au bord du Nil c’est le moment !!! Le personnel très pro est aux petits soins et la nourriture variée et excellente

The hotel has a stunning view and a very cozy atmosphere — I absolutely loved it.

The staff is incredibly friendly and welcoming, which made the stay even more enjoyable.

Also, the breakfast was very complete. Since we were fasting, the staff was extremely understanding and kind. They thoughtfully offered to prepare our breakfast for us to have during the night instead. We truly appreciated their flexibility and hospitality.

Cons:

The only small downside is that the hotel is a bit secluded, so getting around on your own without a tour operator can be slightly challenging, although still manageable. The best option is to book activities that offer direct pickup from the hotel.
