El hotel es impresionante, es enorme con habitaciones super grandes, limpias, cómodas...
Nosotros tuvimos la suerte que Cristeen la relaciones públicas nos atendió genial y nos hizo un upgrade a habitación con vistas al Nilo.
El hotel está situado en una isla con transporte privado y gratuito en barca desde y hacia la isla cada 30 minutos que funciona excelentemente.
El personal es excelente y destacar la atención personalizada de Cristeen.
Cabe destacar el desayuno por su variedad y calidad. Nosotros cenamos las 2 noches en el restaurante y fue a la carta por lo que no podemos opinar del buffet para la cena, pero la calidad, sabor y presentación de los platos fue excelente y los precios muy económicos en comparación a España.
De las 2 piscinas del hotel solo utilizamos 1 la cual es impresionante. El personal de piscina al igual que el del hotel increíble.
Fue una experiencia fantástica, para repetir 100%.

Cons:

La verdad es que no es posible decir nada malo del hotel.
