Pros:

Located in an island is amazing for a hotel. Especially sun set view from our balcony was super. Going to the city center buy shuttle boat is a very good experience. You even don't need to organize a Nile tour. Good breakfast and attentive personnel. Ms Christine from guest relations was very helpful too.

Customer relations lady stands over you to do a review in front of her so that the review is better than it should be. The rating on this hotel should not be higher than a 4 At best.

الموقع ممتاز والاكل جميل والموظفين كويسين جدا وخصوصا الاستاذه كرستين قمه فى الاحترام

Cons:

الحفلات والافراح والدوشه والطبل والزمر حتى 1 صباحا ، المكان المفروض يبقى هادئ بس الاداره بتضحى بهدوء المكان وراحة النزلاء مقابل طبعا الربح الى هيجى من الحفلات والافراح ، ممكن يخصصوا جزء للافراح والحفلات بعيد عن النزلاء ويعملوا فيه دوشه براحتهم الجزيرة واسعه 🤷‍♂️

Beautiful location
Pros:

The hotel location on an island is exceptional, with a very pleasant park and wonderful views on the Nile.

Cons:

The hotel itself is on the older side, although renovated, the doors of the rooms for instance are very thin and do not close properly. The breakfast needs to be improved, food quality was not wow.

Two swimming pools, a variety of food at dinner and breakfast, we ordered room service and it was quick and good value (3 meals and 3x Pepsi was only 1,000 egp) the views are incredible

Cons:

The glass door to the bathroom, very loud when we accidentally slammed it on every use.

Das Personal war freundlich und bemüht. Der Boot-Transfer funktioniert super und es ist eine schöne Fahrt. Die Lage auf der Insel ist speziell und die Aussicht schön.

Cons:

Leider ist der Sauberkeitsstandard des Zimmers sehr tief (sehr dreckige Fenster, Badezimmerboden dreckig und mit Haaren, etc.). Die Anlage ist veraltet und heruntergekommen.

Pros:

A very beautiful and peaceful location.

Cons:

The old wooden doors and architraves are incredibly noisy so it’s very disturbing when bedroom doors are being shut. We were able to change rooms to a quieter one. The food isn’t great and the WiFi very intermittent.
