Amazing hotel with great staff
Pros:

Great hotel on a beautiful island! The boat service is very well organized and runs every half hour. The spa is also very nice. On the days we left early, the staff prepared a big breakfast to go for us, which was a lovely.
The staff were very friendly, especially Faisal by the pool. He was incredibly kind, even gave us a flower, and made sure we felt comfortable. When some guys were staring at my wife, he noticed it and made sure we felt safe and comfortable, even bringing us extra towels. He really looked out for us. Highly recommended!

I liked the Nile view from my room. The reception was exquisite and guest relations were extremely helpful. Looking forward to my next stay

Cons:

I didn't get to spend a lot of time in the hotel itself given my short stay but Mrs. Christine has been the highlight of my stay, totally helpful, supportive and helped me every step of the way.

Pros:

What an amazing property. On an island so it’s nice and secluded, 24hr (free) boat service to take you to and from main Aswan. Very big room with a comfortable bed and plenty of amenities. Fantastic spa and swimming facilities. Amazing prices at the bar and restaurant for a hotel. Only stayed one night but we could have spent a week here. The staff were also so friendly and helpful. Christine the guest relations manager was so attentive and kind

Cons:

There wasn’t much to not like, however the restaurant says it closes at 10 but at 9 they seemed to rush us out giving us the bill while we were still eating. Not something that changed how we felt about the hotel just something to be aware of

Meraviglioso
Pros:

L’hotel è bellissimo, su un’isola in mezzo al Nilo, anche il breve viaggio in barca per arrivare (10 min.) è molto affascinante.
Eravamo un gruppo di 3 famiglie, 17 persone, 8 stanze. Abbiamo ricevuto un upgrade vista Nilo e con camere tutte sullo stesso piano: molto belle, letti e cuscini comodissimi, bagno nuovissimo, sia la vista sull’alba che sul tramonto sono mozzafiato. Pulizia ineccepibile. Cibo buono, sia buffet che “a là carte”; noi sempre “a la carte” e contenti della scelta.
La piscina chiude alle 19.30 l’orario più lungo che abbiamo trovato in Egitto, perfetto per rilassarsi in piscina fino a cena, dopo la lunga e meravigliosa escursione ad Abu Simbel.
Bibita di benvenuto, dolcetti in camera, consigli sulla cena, ci siamo sentiti davvero coccolati!
La responsabile delle relazioni con i clienti, Christeen si è premurata di tutto, perché fosse una vacanza straordinaria: dall’attenzione a tre persone del gruppo che sono celiache, a far aspettare la barca qualche minuto perché potessimo rientrare in hotel velocemente (le barche comunque partono ogni mezz’ora) addirittura a farci recapitare un portafoglio dimenticato da uno dei nostri ragazzi in un altra città.
Non perdete l’occasione di tutta questa bellezza!

Das Personal war unglaublich freundlich und sehr bemüht. Besonders Christeen, von der Rezeption war sooo herzlich.
Kleine Aufmerksamkeiten, wie Obstteller oder Keksteller für die Kids waren auch immer dabei.
Das Essen im Restaurant Jade war sehr schmackhaft und das Personal auch da sehr sehr freundlich.
Große, schöne Zimmer mit herrlichem Nilblick.
Wunderschöne Garten- und Poollandschaft, hoteleigenes Boot.
Alles perfekt!
Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Wonderful place to stay
Pros:

We had a wonderful stay at Pyramisa Hotel. Our room was beautiful, spacious and very comfortable, and the whole hotel has a lovely atmosphere. The food was excellent, with a great selection and everything we tried was delicious.

What really made our stay special was the warm and attentive service. Everyone was very welcoming and genuinely cared about making sure we were happy. A special thank you to Christeen, who took such great care of us throughout our stay. She was incredibly kind, helpful and professional. We truly felt very well looked after and would happily stay here again!
