A highly enjoyable week in luxury.
Pros:

Friendly and helpful staff, excellent service. Fabulous island location, peaceful and relaxing. Great pools for us swimmers. Good healthey breakfast buffet.

emplacement sur une ile, face à Assouan, magnifique. Chambre spacieuse. Restaurant correct. Massage top. Navette par bateau toutes les 30 min. Paisible mais ambiance générale un peu endormie

Cons:

Deux piscines mais pas chauffées (un peu fraiches début mars). au petit dej, il suffirait de mettre un peu plus de qualité que de quantité.

Very pleasant hotel with good facilities in a quiet location
Pros:

I had a lovely four night stay.
Room: Quiet room on 5th (top floor). It was at the back with a great view overlooking the Nike and sand dunes. Good sleep quality. The helpful customer relations manager Ms Christeen mentioned it was one of their renovated ones.
Spa: This was excellent and I had three very good massages there. The package was 15-20 sauna, the 5-10 mins in the steam room then the massage which worked very well. Not that cheap at all€80 but definitely recommended.
Food: Breakfast had plenty of options and was good quality. I had all four of my meals at the Italian restaurant with good food, friendly staff and a terrace overlooking the Nile.
The Nile island location was quiet and in practice the ferry shuttle was frequent and not an issue.
There are a few quirks e.g there not being a light switch by the bedside but these were minor and I would hope to stay there again.

Lever de soleil sur le Nil aux premières loges.
Pros:

La localisation sur une île est pleine de charme grâce à un super service de navette gratuite. Deux piscines dont une très bien.

Cons:

Grande salle pour le petit déjeuner avec un bruit de ventilation très prononcé. Manque un peu de personnel pour la desserte ce qui induit beaucoup de tables libres mais non débarrassées. Ménage des chambres parfois oublié. La (trop) grande taille de l’établissement génère des secteurs mal entretenus.

Rommene var bra! Og veldig hyggelig å ankomme med båt.

Cons:

Restaurantene var dessverre dårlig. Ikke oppvarmet pool. Stedet trenger omtanke, litt slitent over alt. Men byggearbeidet på gang.

Pros:

Nice location and it’s cute that you go by boat (which passes every 10’).
The stuff were very kind and helpful especially the manager who welcomed us.

Cons:

The level of cleanliness does not match the 5 star rating of the hotel. In addition, it was very noisy due to some works they were doing. The rooms and general infrastructure were a bit dated…
