Pros:

Inicialmente nos costó decidirnos porque pensábamos que podríamos quedar muy aislados si nos quedábamos en la nubian village. Finalmente fuimos y la decisión fue más que acertada. La hostal está súper bien ubicada ya que no está ni en pleno centro de las tiendas (lo que puede ser algo agobiante), ni aislado completamente. Además tiene acceso directo al Nilo a través de la zona donde está ubicado el restaurant. Sobre este último, merece una valoración aparte ya que realmente ha sido de los mejores lugares que hemos comido en las 2 semanas que venimos viajando por Egipto. El personal, y en especial Nasser, fueron especialmente amables y serviciales para ayudarnos en todo.

Cons:

El baño y las habitaciones en general no son muy espaciosas.

Unfortunately, it was not a very memorable stay.

The property gave the Nubian experience. Good breakfast and accommodating staff.

Cons:

Our room was not ready for the first night, so stayed in a very basic "outpost" room with a tiny bathroom. In fairness, the staff waived our dinner cost for the first night. The second night onwards were moved to the regular room that I had booked. The hotel amenities are average for the price in Egypt e.g. there was no soap in the bath, the bathroom was small with no separate shower area, there was no daily room service.

Pros:

Disponibilité et accueil du personnel qui nous a aidé dans nos déplacements. La situation de l'hôtel dans un village nubien avec vue sur le Nil. Hôtel très coloré où on se sent bien et qui invite à la détente. Petit déjeuner copieux.

A pleasant stay with beautiful views of the Nile from the hotel's restaurant.
Pros:

The staff are very helpful, polite and friendly.
The restaurant is on the nile and the view from.the restaurant is just amazing.
They would help you with anything. I needed to go the centre of Aswa. Twice and Nasser arranged a taxi to take me and bring me back for a reasonable price. The driver was also very friendly and helpful.
The location is in Nubian Village near the shops and cafes/restaurant.
The bed was comfortable and the AC was working.
The room and bathroom was very clean.

Cons:

I liked everything except the bathroom was a bit small and there wasn't a separate space for the shower.

Dépaysement garanti dans un village un peu perdu!

Très joli cadre extérieur et dans la chambre joliment décorée.

Cons:

C'est difficile d'accès en voiture car il y a des travaux en cours mais rien de grave, les taxis vont doucement sur les 2 derniers kilomètres.

La guest house è gestita da un uomo straordinario: il signor Nasser che incarna perfettamente lo spirito nubiano di ospitalità e gentilezza. Nasser ci ha fatto sentire a casa e ci ha aiutato per qualsiasi esigenza. Dovessimo tornare da quelle parti, sicuramente torneremo a fargli visita.

Chambre et salle de bains propres. Très jolies terrasse et salle avec vue sur le Nile et les îles.
Très bon petit déjeuner et restaurant sur place délicieux, copieux et avec un bon rapport qualité-prix.
Personnel sympathique.

Cons:

Difficile d'accès pour les taxis (route en sable cabossée), mais possibilité de voir directement avec l'hôtel pour les déplacements et les sorties et beaucoup de tuktuk présents dans le quartier nubien (bien se faire préciser le prix exact).

Nasser was absolutely fantastic — he welcomed us warmly and was incredibly kind and helpful from start to finish. The hotel looked exactly like the photos: very small, but beautifully decorated, colourful, and genuinely charming. To reach the village you need to take a tuk-tuk because cars can’t get through past a certain point, but honestly, it turned into a fun little adventure. Everyone we met from the village staff — from the tuk-tuk drivers to Nasser, especially — was impeccable. Best French fries in Egypt.

Cons:

We weren’t told beforehand that we’d need a tuk-tuk to reach the village, so at first we weren’t exactly thrilled — but it actually turned into a fun experience. The only real downside is the bathroom: it’s very small, and the shower is literally right over the toilet. It worked perfectly fine for a one-night stay, but for a longer stay it might not be the most comfortable setup.
