Passable. It's ok. Location is good. But the hotel is just a place to stay for the night.
Pros:

The location is pretty good as it's sort of in the centre of the city.

Cons:

Decor is quite dated. It looks quite old and the wall was showing stains coming off the air con in one of the rooms on level 3.

Water is only provided on the first day. Toilet paper too.

In my room, and I'm pretty sure other rooms too, the bathroom drainage is very poor. After just two minutes of showering, the floor would flood because the water doesn't drain quickly.

Ambience / Atmosphere was NOT AT ALL to our expectation. When we requested to modify the booking (reduction of stay) after check in, absolutely no support from Booking.Com or Hotel

Cons:

I’m very disappointed that booking.com gives them a 3star. When we arrived there were no towels in the room. No fridge. Kettle lid broken. We had to ask for toilet paper. The hot water had to be sorted. Generally it felt very filthy.
