Odličan hotel !!!
Pros:

Hotel je odličan i opšti utisak je da zaslužuje navišu ocenu. Posebno bih istakla da je hrana bas dobra, a ono što je najveća vrednost ovog hotela je osoblje koje je savršeno obučeno i preljubazno. Sve pohvale za devojku Dzenitu koja mi je jako pomogla vezano za restrikcije oko ishrane. Ne smene da jedem gluten iz zdravsvstvenih razloga i ona je na krajnje profesionalan način objasnila šta smem da jedem i dovela šefa kuhinje koji mi je pojasnio šta je bez glutena. Inače, alergeni su vidljivo istaknuti pa sam se osećala sigurno i bezbedno da mogu da jedem bez problema. Još jednom hvala na razumevanju i profesionalizmu.

I liked the garden, there were so many trees and a beautiful space

Cons:

I didnt like that the indoor swimming pool was in another building. For the winter is a problem, because you cant go swimming in the pool then walk outside to go to your room. For the summer its okay. Also it was disturbing the questions from security if we were guest of the hotel, and we were asked to show our hands to show bracelets of hotel. They should find another ways to verify. Wifi was poor. Maintenance was very good. Staff was very friendly. Food was really good. Also in the package “ All inclusive” weren’t included benefits like: Turkish Hamam, Spa, and in many other hotels these benefits are included in All Inclusive packages.

Cons:

The airconditioning heating didnt work and I called the reception many times and didnt answer or wa busy. The double bed was 2 single beds woth 2 small blankets. The swimming pool had nobody to control besause there were teenagers jumping from jacuzzi to the swimming pool and nobody said smth to them. Bathrooms in the swimming pool had no shower gel or shampoo.

Cons:

Pls check that people are not treated inequally. I wanted to bring my kid yesterday at the table for kids in the 3rd floor restaurant and they told me it was not open on lunch hours. I saw that even though there was a cable showing it was a closed area there was a father eating and his daughter playing. I reported it and then they opened it.

Da je barem duže potrajalo!
Pros:

Odlična soba s velikom terasom.
Krevet vrlo udoban.
Raznovrsna i jako ukusna hrana.
