A lovely hotel that makes us come back again and again!
Pros:

A favorite, splendid hotel with perfect service! Every year we choose this hotel and visit one new hotel in Budva that we have not been to, but we only return to this one. The location is great and the views are marvelous! Precise management and organization, the entire hotel team works dedicatedly and qualitatively. Very well maintained gardens, wonderful pools, various activities for guests. High level of cleanliness everywhere - in the rooms, in the restaurant, in the common areas. The food is very varied and high quality, different options for every taste, the service in restaurant is at a high level, fast and high-quality serving and cleaning of the tables.
We like everything about this hotel. We had a great time and enjoyed an excellent vacation!

Шикарный отдых, благодарим отель!
Pros:

Прекрасный отель, брали номер с видом на море, просто шикарно. Красивая зеленая территория, красивые бассейны, все чисто и ухожено. Питание - практически круглосуточно, выбор и разнообразие не поддаются описанию, чего только нет. Очень вкусно, браво поварам. В ресторане персонал старается очень быстро убирать столики, при полной заполненности отеля проблем с посадкой не было ни разу. Смена полотенец в номере - ежедневно. На каждом этаже кулеры с хорошими фильтрами. Ежедневно развлекательная программа по вечерам.

Cons:

При заселении сначала дали номер категории "базовый" и пытались убедить, что это и есть номер с видом на море, при том, что вид с крошечного балкона был на внутренний двор и деревья, а море в принципе находится в другой стороне. Пришлось разбираться с ресепшн с привлечением старшего администратора и доказывать с фотографиями с сайта, что предлагаемая категория номера не соответствует оплаченной. Разница в цене почти 25%, плюс разница в комфорте самого номера для нас принципиальна. В итоге нас все же заселили в оплаченную категорию, но это было очень неприятно.
Второй момент - отель нас сильно подвел в день отъезда. У нас был ранний выезд, в 6.20 и мы обратились на ресепшн для заказа завтрака на вынос, с собой. Это стандартная практика для таких случаев, многократно так делали при утреннем выезде. Нас записали в какой-то список, где помимо нас были еще 3 номера и заверили, что в 6.15 можно подойти за пакетами на ресепшн. В итоге утром другой уже сотрудник крайне удивился нашему вопросу и предложил пойти покушать в ресторан. Уточнили на главном ресепшн - там тоже были не в курсе нашего заказа и также отправили пойти и поесть здесь. В общем сильно нас подвели перед дальней дорогой, мы рассчитывали на перекус с собой.
Уборка номера: за неделю номер не убирался ни разу - только смена полотенец, один раз заменили простыни и наволочки (пододеяльники - нет почему-то), на этом все.
Строительные работы на пляже и вокруг, на соседних территориях, иногда было шумно, но это издержки начала сезона, очевидно.
