Lo staff merita una struttura e un’organizzazione migliore

Gentilezza dello staff e vista dalle finestre e dal terrazzo

Cons:

La struttura è molto, molto datata e ha molto da sistemare, l’ingresso è per metà cellophanato e si entra in un negozio di souvenir stravaganti. Nonostante sia su una strada trafficatissima il rumore non disturba. Lo shock iniziale è stato mitigato dallo staff gentilissimo, da hotel a cinque stelle e dalla pulizia impeccabile!
Colazione lentissima, mettete in conto di perdere un’ora e adeguata a chi non ha nessuna pretesa di gusto e qualità. Cena non pervenuta, nonostante ci sia scritto che la cucina è aperta dalle 19 fino a tardi, alle 20, di tutto il menù con decine di opzioni, avevano finito tutto, anche il riso in bianco, restavano solo pizza e pasta. Peccato che ce l’abbiano detto solo dopo mezz’ora di attesa dall’ordine, lasciando a digiuno chi non poteva consumare glutine, quindi di fatto tutti per solidarietà.

Se volete stare in pieno centro vista piramidi, a due passi dal grande museo, questo è il posto giusto!

La posizione é fantastica, camera con vista piramidi spettacolare. Lo staff é super gentile e disponibile, sempre a disposizione per qualsiasi richiesta. Offrono servizio navetta a qualsiasi orario e per qualunque spostamento. Colazione e cena in hotel molto buone e ad un buon prezzo

Cons:

La struttura in sé è molto bella, forse soltanto il bagnetto della camera non è nuovissimo e si bagnava il pavimento dopo la doccia, ma niente di così problematico

Overall, it’s a nice hotel with a great view of the Pyramids. Compared to many other hotels in the area, the location felt cleaner, safer, and more peaceful. It’s away from the crowded streets and conveniently located along the main road, which is a big advantage.

I gave this hotel 5 stars because I believe it offers good value for money. However, there are definitely some areas that need improvement, especially cleanliness. The bathrooms should be cleaned more thoroughly, and the bed sheets and linens should be of better quality and properly cleaned. Some additional room amenities would also make the stay more comfortable.

With a little more attention to hygiene, comfort, and guest satisfaction, this hotel could be much better. Overall, I had a good experience and hope they take these suggestions into consideration.

I had a beautiful stay at this hotel! Everything was great, and the overall experience was smooth, comfortable, and welcoming. The view of the pyramids from the room was absolutely amazing and made the stay even more special. A special thanks to Aya, Simon, and Abdullah for their kindness and excellent hospitality. They made the experience even more enjoyable. Would definitely recommend this hotel and happily stay here again! 😊
