Everyone working for the hotel was very nice and helpful. Mohammed from the restaurant and Youssef from the reception was very helpful. Our room had a great View of the pyramids.
We had a day with electricity cut so that meant no air conditioning. But the hotel offered us complimentary drinks:)

Tesis diğer fiyat performans otellere göre gayet iyi bir hijyendeydi. Check ini gece yaptık hiç bir problem yaşamadık, olan sorunlara direkt müdahale edip hemen çözdüler. Resepsiyon harikaydı!! İnanılmaz güler yüzlü ve arkadaş canlısıydılar. Kahire’nin karmaşasında güler yüzlü bir ekibin etrafında olmak bize çok iyi hissettirdi. Yemeklerin tadı da güzeldi terasta oturmak çok keyifliydi. Her şey için teşekkürler!

Good location and very comfortable beds.
Unfortunately, our stay was very disappointing. During our stay, renovation work was taking place in the hotel, and the noise continued even at 3 a.m., making it impossible to rest or sleep properly.
I reported this issue to the reception, but the receptionist only laughed about it instead of helping. I have never been treated so disrespectfully before in any hotel. Very unprofessional experience.
La posizione, vista spettacolare, lo staff sempre disponibile e amichevole, albergo molto suggestivo da come decorato, ci siamo riposati molro bene nelle 2 notti soggiornati.
Solo il frigobar non funzionava, con tutta la buona volontà hanno cambiato, ma non ha funzionato lo stesso.
Pokoje ,które mieliśmy zarezerwowane były takie sobie Owszem mieliśmy ładny widok na piramidy (również z tarasu widok był znakomity) ale niestety było niezbyt czysto a hałas w nocy dokuczał nam bardzo. Szkoda, że w jedynym otwieranym oknie nie było siatki przeciw komarom. Klimatyzacja działała ale w żaden sposób nie można było ją regulować przez co w nocy i tak trzeba było ją wyłączyć bo zimne powietrze dmuchało bezpośrednio na łóżko.
Nasi znajomi z pokoju trzyosobowego mieli za to na balkonie wannę z uszkodzonym kranem ,zupełnie bez sensu bo jej czystość była obrzydliwa, nie do użytku.
Obsługa z recepcji bardzo sympatyczna!
Tak czy owak uważam, że to jeden z lepszych hoteli w tym rejonie. Polecam pobliską restaurację Zeeyara Pyramids Elite.
Czystość, wanna na balkonie !!,klimatyzacja bez regulacji ale przede wszystkim beznadziejne śniadanie za 5 dolarów przy którym na herbatę czekałem 50 minut i zrezygnowałem w końcu
Tutto perfetto... La professionalità e la gentilezza del personale super pulizia impeccabile e ottima la vista dalla terrazza all'ultimo piano sulle piramidi .... Un posto consigliatissimo
La vu imprenable sur les pyramides depuis notre chambre car nous avons eu la chance d’être au 3eme étage avec vu panoramique (malheureusement la seconde chambre n’avait pas cette vue au 2 eme étage), le rooftop, le personnel très gentil et la gestion du transfert aéroport et du guide (très passionné et passionnant, merci à Mohammed) pour la visite du plateau de Gizet et du grand musée .
Deco de l’hôtel top aussi, un vrai musée, c’est très joli

The view of the Pyramids from our window was mind blowing. Well worth staying here for that view.
Rooms and bathrooms were a bit small.
buona posizione, fronte piramidi, vista eccezionale. personale molto gentile e disponibile per ogni necessità. Nada in particolare molto cordiale e simpatica.
la stanza vista piramide rumorosa. le stanza sono discrete ma il punto debole è il bagno, vecchio e piccolo.

Next to the pyramids
The place is poorly maintained and needs to be cleaned better. The food at the restaurant is bad but the view you get from that restaurant is amazing. We had an issue with checking in because our rooms were not ready.

피라미드도 잘 보이고 매나하우스까지 훤히 들여다 보여요.
여자 직원들은 친절했고 늘 웃는 얼굴로 반겨주었는데
남자 직원들은 웃는 모습을 못 봤네요. 늘 심각한 얼굴로 응대했어요.
조식은 그냥 평범한 수준이었어요.
체크아웃 하는데
단순히 리뷰 잘 남겨달라고 부탁하는 것을 넘어
후기 10점 남기도록 압박하고 확인까지 하는 것은 조금 불쾌했습니다.
앞에서 10점 줬지만 여행 끝나고 다시 점수 조정해서 남겨요.
아마 강요하지 않았다면 그냥 10점 줬을지도...
