Nice views but staff could improve
Pros:

I stayed because of the view if the pyramids from the room and that did not disappoint. Room was big, I could see the pyramids from my bed and the terrace also had nice views.

Cons:

I went for dinner at the terrace but nobody ever attended me so I ended up having dinner somewhere else. The area does not have much, not even good restaurants around. The staff told me I could not walk to the GEM but that was a lie - you can perfectly walk to the museum from this hotel, you just have to cross the road in Egyptian style.

Vista perfecta
Pros:

La vista a las pirámides desde la habitacion y desdé el roof top.

Cons:

Pedi que no rociar ambientador en la habitación por que era muy fuerte y resulta que no arreglaron mi habitación en los 3 días, olor a cigarrillo y marihuana en los pasillos. Ruido en las noches por que esta al frente de una avenida principal

Hôtel correct et pratique
Pros:

L’emplacement et la vue depuis la chambre sur les pyramides. Le rooftop. Les jus frais de l’hôtel.
Contrairement à d’autres hôtels nous sommes loin de l’agitation.
La boutique shopping très belle. L’accueil de l’équipe. Literie confortable.

Cons:

La salle de bain très précaire mais fonctionnel.

Отличный вид из номера. Чистые простыни и полотенца. Докупали завтрак - хороший недорогой. Невысокая цена при таком местоположении. Сотрудники были вежливы.

Pros:

Ottima posizione, in una strada trafficata. Vista sulle piramidi. Il personale è molto gentile e disponibile. Puliscono la camera ogni giorno (ma solo se lo chiedi).

Cons:

Estrema lentezza del servizio colazione e cena.
Aspettare più di un’ora per poter fare cena (avevamo anche una bimba di un anno e mezzo) é stato troppo…
Sono gentilissimi ma anche molto incompetenti…
