Great location for Pyramids and GEM, staff was lovely and always welcoming and helpful. As with all accommodations, some improvements can be done (broken plugs, shower leak, etc.) but overall it was ok. Comfy beds.

There was no control of the hotel staff over kids taking the floor corridor as play ground, playing and screaming so load at all times, day and night.
Bed sheets were cleans but had stains.

The location is perfect for a 2-3 days stay when the itinerary is in Giza. The view of the pyramids from the room and the restaurant is amazing. It’s not in a residential area so no traffic and less busy. All the staff are friendly and always willing to accommodate the guests’ needs.

Cons:

Front desk should be very good in English (not just polite English). Restaurant menu and service can be improved. For some reason, housekeeping failed to do my laundry when I picked it up the day before check-out. They offered to do it and promised to have it ready by 4:00am the following day. They just ironed the laundry without washing it (I found out when I opened the bag in my next accommodation) and I paid for the service at check-out : (

The amazing view directly Infront of the pyramids from within our room and from the rooftop restaurant was incredible made for a wonderful dining experience. Staff were all incredibly friendly and we received a complementary drink on arrival.
