مساحة الغرفة جيدة

Cons:

الفندق جميل و الموقع أيضآ. لكن للأسف الفندق يحتوي على حشرة البق التي تقرص و تتسبب في مشاكل جلدية . مستوى النظافة سيء جدآ . الإفطار سيء .

They mentioned gym but in the truth nothing (out of service)

عمالة الفندق من يقومون بحمل الشنط وتقديم الخدمة الميدانية والنظافة يعملون لساعات طويلة وبكل بشاشة ورضى واحترام هم افضل من في الفندق

الطاقم الإداري والاستقبال
عدم الاهتمام برضى العميل او راحته
تعطل كرت الغرفة واستخدام مصعد واحد لجميع الأدوار عدم الصيانة او المحافظة على أصول الفندق استمرار شاشة العرض امام المسبح بصوت مرتفع يمنع النزلاء من النوم لساعات متأخرة من الليل اغلاق السماعة في وجه المتصل على الاستقبال والعذر بالانشغال
لن أكرر التجربة الا اذا اختلف الطاقم الإداري في سياسته وكان هناك تدقيق وفق المعايير الفندقية المحترمة والمعروفة دوليا

إقامة جيدة لكن لابد من التعامل بشكل افضل مع الضيف وعدم تأخيره

الاستقبال رغم وصولنا بعد 2 باليل وتعبنا وتأكيد الحجز
وانتظرنا اكتر من ساعة ونص
دخلنا الغرفة الساعة 3 الفجر
وفي الخروج 12 لا يسمحو ولو بالقليل رغم تعبنا ودخولنا متأخرين
والاسناسير كذا مرة ما يشتغل ولا يوجد شفاط به ولا هواء ولا علول يوصلك للغرفة

الستاف محترم جدا جدا وأخص بالذكر من الاستقبال مستر هشام ومستر مجدي ومستر وليد ف الحسابات .. قمة الذوق والأخلاق سافرت دول كتير واتعاملت مع ستاف كتير جدا بس الحقيقه هم قمه ف الادب والأخلاق ووجهه مشرفه لمصر وللفندق واي وقت هحتاج فندق هنزل هنا بسبب الانطباع اللي اخدته عن الفندق بسببهم
