Pros:

Vissa personal var väldigt trevliga och hjälpsamma till exempel de som jobbade i köket och restaurangen.

Cons:

Många personal var otrevliga särskilt hon i baren, ingen bra bemötande. Man behövde be om hjälp flera gånger innan man fick det. Till exempel kylskåpet funkade ej i rummet när vi checkade in. Det tog två dagar innan vi fick ett nytt kylskåp, samma sak med tandborstar och tandkräm.
Samma frukost varje idag, ingen variation alls. Aldrig mer att vi bor där.

Pros:

We honestly loved this hotel staff were really amazing food & rooms just perfectly our room had a balcony overlooking the pool also Internet was spot on thanks everyone at paradigm home city stars

الاقامه كانت مريحه وعمليه
Pros:

الفندق نظيف وموقعه ممتاز وقريب من كل شي ويبعد شارع واحد فقط عن مول ستي ستار والغرفة مساحتها ممتازه

Malls nearby.
Easy to pin in Uber.
Breakfast was ok.
Minimal drink options in the breakfast buffet.

Cons:

Coffee available was the Nescafé stick for black coffee.
Pool opens at 10am, would be better if earlier around 6,7 or 8 am.

L'emplacement est correcte

Cons:

L'état de la chambre est médiocre. Des trous dans la moquette et dans les murs. Des taches sur la moquette. Des fils électriques apparent ce qui est dangereux. De plus sur votre site c'est est écrit que le séjour pour l'enfant est gratuit dans l'établissement. Or, ce n'est pas le cas, ils m'ont fait payer un supplément. Nous avons attendu jusqu'à onze heures du soir pour avoir le lit et ils ne nous ont jamais donné de couverture pour l'enfant.

Pros:

Отель находится в шаговой доступности от мола, отель хороший, чисто в номере, правда немного уставшая мебель, но всё чисто и комфортно, персонал улыбается и всегда помогают))) при отеле есть ресторан работает долго, цены невысокие, вечером ужинали вдвоём с ребёнком, получилось на 600 фунтов, это очень немного для целого ужина, особенно после Шарма))) Правда очень долго заселяли, не могли найти бронь с букинга, но всё получилось)))

Very Bad hotel, I don’t recommend any one to stay there
