Καλή επιλογή, θα το πρότεινα!
Pros:

Η τοποθεσία πολύ καλή, μια ανάσα από το κέντρο, αλλά πάνω σε ήσυχο νησάκι μέσα στο Νείλο.
Τα δωμάτια άνετα και πολύ καθαρά. Το προσωπικό στο lobby άριστο.
Το πρωινό μια χαρά.

Cons:

Το προσωπικό στο εστιατόριο πολύ αργό σε απλά πράγματα που ζητήθηκαν...
Αυτό ήταν το μόνο αρνητικό. Κατά τα άλλα μόνο θετικά έχω να πω για το ξενοδοχείο.

Best stay I had in Egypt
Pros:

The location was great, not far to most attractions in downtown by foot. Staff was super friendly and helpful. The room was big, great view to the Nile and clean. Very good value for money-I would chose it again and again.

أود أن أتقدم بجزيل الشكر والتقدير لإدارة فندق نايل فيلا على التجربة المميزة والإقامة الرائعة التي حظيت بها خلال فترة إقامتي لديهم. كان الفندق على مستوى عالٍ من النظافة والهدوء والتنظيم، مما وفر لي راحة كبيرة وشعوراً بالاهتمام بالتفاصيل.

كما يسعدني أن أخص بالشكر عدداً من الموظفين الذين كان لهم دور بارز في جعل إقامتي تجربة استثنائية:

* الأستاذ عطية – موظف الاستقبال: كان مثالاً في حسن الاستقبال، واللباقة، وسرعة إنجاز الإجراءات، وتعامل باحترافية عالية وابتسامة دائمة.
* الأستاذ هشام باشا بس – موظف المطعم: قدم خدمة مميزة واهتماماً واضحاً بالضيوف، وكان حريصاً على جودة الخدمة وتلبية الطلبات بكل ترحيب.
* الأستاذة سارة – مسؤولة الغرف: أظهرت اهتماماً كبيراً بنظافة الغرف وترتيبها، وكانت متابعة لكل التفاصيل مما انعكس على مستوى الراحة داخل الغرفة.

بصراحة، كانت تجربة إقامة أكثر من رائعة، ويستحق الفندق وطاقمه كل الشكر والثناء على جهودهم المميزة وحرصهم على تقديم أفضل خدمة للنزلاء.
