Pros:

Las camas supercomodas, el desayuno increíble, buena atención al cliente, buena vista al pico de hielo y los utensilios de aseo aceptables

Cons:

Que en la habitación al lado estaban haciendo unos arreglos y a las 5 AM empezaron a martillar, también se fue la luz en el baño y al irse la luz empezó a salir agua fria

La mauvaise foi de l’établissement était aussi lourd que la musique du mariage
Pros:

Nous avons réservés le logement pour ses bons commentaires et son espace jardin qui paraissait différent des autres logement de Caraz. Nous nous attendions à un emplacement un peu excentré du bruit et des petits déjeuners de qualités. Or ce n’était pas du tout le cas.

Cons:

Nous avions payé le même prix que tous les autres voyageurs sauf que nous n’avions pas accès au jardin parce qu’une fête était en préparation. Donc petit déjeuner dans une petite salle fermée (nous n’étions pas prévenu de cela en amont et aucun geste commercial n’a été réalisé par rapport à cela). La première nuit nous avons été dérangé par la musique de la préparation de fête (dans le jardin) jusqu’à 00h. La seconde également mais nous avons demandé au personnel de baisser , ce qu’ils ont fait mais en contrepartie nous avons été réveillé à 6h45 par des coups de marteaux et de perceuses…
Nous avions demandé de prendre une troisième nuit (parce que à cause de la fête nationale, aucun autre logement n’était disponible). La gérante a accepté sachant qu’elle savait très bien qu’un mariage était prévu. La troisième nuit, la fameuse fête avait commencé depuis l’après-midi : c’était un mariage ! (Nous pensions à une fête durant la journée et pas à cela) Sachant cela, nous avons demandé à la gérante « pourquoi ne pas nous avoir prévenu que vous alliez faire un mariage toute la nuit et refuser la troisième nuit ? » ce qu’elle dit avoir fait (alors qu’à l’extérieur de l’établissement était noté « aucune chambre ce jour, merci). Étant donné le bruit et notre inconfort de nous retrouver au milieu des couloirs avec les invités du mariage , nous avons demandés un remboursement pour des raisons évidentes (et nous lui avons dit que nous nous débrouillerons pour trouver un autre logement) elle a refusé dans un premier temps, puis accepté la moitié, puis avec un peu d’acharnement à accepter de nous rembourser la totalité mais avec une grande part de mauvaise foie…. Le personnel n’est pas très agréable à part le concierge. Le jardin était donc inaccessible et le bruit incessant. Nous avons donc dû quitter les lieux à 18h sans savoir si un autre logement serait disponible étant donné la fête nationale

I don’t think this is the best place to stay in Caraz
Cons:

Shower very difficult to use and was impossible to stop the water after use
The breakfast was not good
Lots of noise from the street

Calm and Friendly.
Pros:

I love Caraz. It's quiet and surrounded by mountains. I booked one night and have already stayed many more. The staff here are polite and friendly. There is a garden. A great breakfast is included. I can work and I can hike.

Perfect place to stay in Caraz!
Pros:

Very nice, big room with the best (hot) shower ever.
Service was very good as well, we were leaving before breakfast because of a hike so they prepared the best breakfast ever for us to take away. Including juices, coffee, fruit, fresh eggs and very delicious bread.

Wad good for what we needed
Pros:

Nice room, well placed and best breakfast we have had on our trip! Also they where very kind when I managed to break the shower head by mistake..Sorry again

Cons:

The bar and garden as such more of a building site, with nothing available at any time, on our last day was closed off completely, but looks like they are doing work on it, none the less description on Booking.com is far from accurate
