Not What I was Looking for

The toilet and the room was clean.

Cons:

First, there is an active construction site right next to the hotel. Due to the intense noise starting as early as 05:00 AM, I was unable to open the windows or get a proper night's sleep.

Second, I experienced severe skin irritation/itching while using the hotel bedding. Even after buying my own bedsheets, the staff declined to wash them, which unfortunately meant the issue persisted.

Third, language barrier was a significant problem. Neither the housekeeping staff nor the breakfast personnel spoke English, making it virtually impossible to communicate basic issues or get help when needed.

On a positive note, the bathroom was clean and the breakfast was okay. However, the overall experience fell short of basic hospitality standards due to the sleep disturbance, hygiene concerns, and communication challenges.

Sistemul de check-in este ciudat - unul din cele 2 aparate nu functiona si la final nu tiparea hartia cu nr. camerei si pinul de acces in camera - trebuia sa fac o poza in cateva secunde pana nu disparea imaginea. Chiuveta infundata. Cabina de dus foarte mica si alunecoasa. Se umplea rapid cu apa si nu se scurgea. A fost dificil sa bagam frigiderul in priza deoarece nu are priza in apropierea lui.
