I really like the convenience of the location and the nearness of the hotel to the BIEC. The staff were also very accommodating, kind, caring, and helpful. I would definitely like to go back and stay again in the future if I visit the area.
On the day before I checked out of the hotel, the bathroom flush stopped working. That was a little inconvenient, but I'm sure they will have fixed it already before the next occupant came in.

I was in Bangalore fo the Indian Energy Week and all of the big hotels were either booked out or extremely expensive. I choose this one for its convenient location. It exceeded my expectations. In particular the food was excellent and the staff were very nice and helpful. They really made an effort to make sure I had everything I needed.
As in most places in India, even in big 5* hotels, the coffee was not great. Just some nescafé with lukewarm water. But this is a small complaint, the food overall was really very good.
The staff was very kind and helpful, the place was very clean.
The rate was high, could reduce a bit and it would have been Excellent!!!
