Cons:

After reaching the hotel they refused to give me the room and they told me go to some other hotel. Very rude behaviour from reception staff.very disrespectful. Very bad.

The hotel offered me parking and I confirmed it one day before our stay. But no parking space was available and the staff of the hotel guided us to another hotel (Zion)nearby which had underground parking
Even if I had to pay more, the stay was comfortable at Zion
