The hotel and the stuff made our trip amazing
Pros:

Everyone was amazing, Paloma was extremely helpful. The stuff and bartenders was fun, helpful amazing service

Pool was great, close to the beach, in the center of everything and to a very comfortable beach

Very nice stay
Pros:

Breakfast was excellent with fresh orange juice and several local traditional delicacies. Clean rooms and a nice balcony. The staff were very polite and well trained. The pool area very nice.

Cons:

It was not clear from the website that the room would not have sea view. Based on the value paid, the hotel location and the higher floor, sea view was expected but not provided. Other than that we had a very nice stay.

Cons:

The lobby the pool and the exclusive suites were great and nice modern designed . The other rooms looked like on the 70’s .
We were shocked when arrived to the room. There is a picture in booking but in live you feel the big difference. We upgraded one room to feel good and happy during our holidays to the suite and the big kids stayed at the regular room disappointed.

Pros:

Great hotel, and I have a celiac kid. They arranged great gluten-free breakfast for her. Also, at the pool bar, there is a dish of nuggets with fries, which is gluten-free.
It is very recommended for celiac and also for all.

Très bel hôtel, bien situé idéal pour les familles

Personnel au petit soin

Cons:

Les portes des chambres ne sont pas très hermétiques du coup on se faisait réveiller tous les matins par le personnel qui parlaient entre eux dans le couloir….ou par les autres clients qui parlent fort

Pros:

Great 4 star hotel. We loved to stay there. Breakfast was good, excellent coffee, personnel very attentive.

Super hotel, belles installations
Pros:

L'hotel a été rénové très récemment car tout est très neuf. La chambre familiale, en fait 2 chambres communicantes avec donc 2 salles de bain ce qui est parfait avec les enfants, est vraiment bien, confortable, avec des balcons qui donnent sur la piscine. Petit déjeuner de très bonne qualité avec pas mal de choix et un très bon service disponible pour aider. Piscine très bien, rien à dire, pas de galère pour avoir un transat libre. On peu aller à la plage à pied c'est à 2min, se baigner et revenir se doucher au bord de la piscine. Parking gratuit pour l'hotel à disposition aussi. Tolo est assez populaire, mais il y a une bonne atmosphere, de bons restaurants et tavernes, et c'est pratique pour rayonner autour vers Nauplie ou au sud
