I had a very disappointing experience at this hotel. The service was extremely poor from start to finish. The staff were unhelpful, unresponsive, and showed no professionalism at all. Simple requests took forever, and in some cases were completely ignored.
The room was not properly maintained and did not meet basic expectations. Cleanliness was below standard, and it felt like no effort was made to ensure guest comfort. For the price paid, this was absolutely unacceptable.
Overall, this hotel lacks proper management, trained staff, and basic hospitality standards. I would strongly advise others to avoid staying here and look for better options.
