Very relaxing and enjoyable stay.
Pros:

Clean, friendly staff, beautiful view. I love waking up to this view and having breakfast on the terrace.

Cons:

One of the ways into the hotel was a bunch of stairs, which can be tiring after a day of walking around.

Romantic and beautiful with wonderful views and staff that go above and beyond.
Pros:

This location is stunning! The views from our balcony were breathtaking. We requested pick up at the airport, the host at the suites took care of us by ordering us a driver to get to the facility. As soon as we arrived, someone was there to unload our bags and carry them down to the suites. Eliza, our host, was ready for us with a cup of coffee and a review of what to see while we were there, all her suggestions were perfect, especially the gelato place, Lolitas! If you are a gelato lover, you can't miss this place, we went there every day for a treat, it's the best gelato we have ever had and we did Italy earlier in the year. Since we arrived early, Eliza kept our bags and we went out to explore, once our room was ready, they had all our bags in there ready for us and let us know we were all set when we were ready. Oia is walking distance, the seaside views were heavenly. Once in our room, we had a private entrance, huge balcony with a private jacuzzi to soak in the view. The room was spacious, and the shower was big with strong water pressure, double sinks and plenty of counter space. We were so happy there, we will be back! Perfect place for a honeymoon! We went on a 5 hour catamaran boat ride and went swimming in the Aegean sea, definitely consider doing something on the ocean, it made our trip that much more special. We went mid October and the weather was perfect, water was a bit chilly but you got used to it really quick.

Cons:

We would have liked to have higher gates to the right of us, I felt like our neighbors did not come out as much when we were out there. I felt bad and hoped we didn't keep them from enjoying the view. I was out there watching sunrise and sunsets when we were not out and about exploring.

Absolutely wonderful place to stay. The view from our balcony was absolutely incredible of the Caldera and the room was fantastic. Great breakfast served fresh to you on your private balcony, hot tub was lovely and Eliza was super friendly and helpful with recommendations!
Such a perfect place for a serene, luxury and private getaway, that is still in the heart of Oia!

Ubicación excelente, el personal muy amable, recomendaciones claras, te entregan un mapa con los lugares para visitar, desayuno fabuloso, me gestionaron taxi y lo más importante habitación grande y cama muy cómoda, el jacuzzi espléndido con agua temperada. 100% recomendable

Eliza was so gracious and helpful! We were delayed a day in getting to Santorini and they modified our reservation to accommodate us. The property is so lovely and clean and the views are spectacular! The hot tub on the deck is delightful for relaxing and soaking in the views! Would definitely stay here again! We even got creamer for our coffee.

Amazing location, wonderful staff. We thanks so much Eliza for her support, before our arrival and during our stay, we felt at home. The room is incredible, outstanding view over caldera. Customized breakfast. Great assistance for our luggage. What else ? We will be back soon !

For the price we paid it was very disappointing

Receptionist is very nice and communicative.

Cons:

Very uncomfortable and non accommodating room /space. Bathroom is very dark and doesn’t have any electrical plugs so you can’t plug in any shaver, electric tooth brush or…the room doesn’t have any shelves or tables anywhere to open suitcases. There’s no privacy. The people who work just appear in your balcony and see inside at anytime. Breakfast is served under scorching sun. The sun moves and the onning can’t provide shade. All in all very uncomfortable and none private place.
