Pros:

Very courteous and professional staff. Great location about 5-10 minutes walk to train station and shopping.

Cons:

No Japanese TV. Also wish the ryokan had a an outside bath like most ryokans.

Wholesome, lovely place to stay
Pros:

Everything - the stay was wholesome and lovely. Tucked on a little hill nearby the city, location is just right for being away from bustles yet close enough for visits. Room is clean, with a stunning balcony view of the city with Mt Yufu as backdrop. Meals served in generous portions, making sure guests are well-fed. Pick up and send off service to the train station makes its absolutely convenient. Private onsen is amazing. Comfortable, homey vibes on overall.

因為是下午機到福岡 。所以到達由布院已經很晚
正常晚餐是6:30/7:00 。我們到達已7:45了 。 很感謝民宿等我們

료칸 처음 가봤는데 굉장히 만족했습니다.
Pros:

일단 사장님께서 너무 친절하셨고 숙소도 매우 깔끔하고 좋았습니다. 대나무숲같은 걸 보면서 개인 온천하는 것도 굉장히 만족스러웠습니다. 저녁은 샤브샤브 조식은 고등어 정식같은 걸 주셨는데 굉장히 맛있엇어요!

お風呂が良かった。
翌朝、早出だったので、朝食はお弁当を作ってくれました。

Cons:

テレビが、地デジ・BSとも写らず、韓ドラと、録画しか見られず、暇をもて余しました。
連泊しましまが、食事も、しゃぶしゃぶ、翌日はバーベキューで、野菜と肉が切ってあるだけで、ガッカリでした。
トイレにタオルもなく、浴衣や紐もありませんでした。

住2晚，晚餐非常好吃，最後一天因為要趕車，老闆將早餐做成可以外帶的壽司，很好吃！湯屋非常舒適，老闆還專程載我們到金鱗湖，真的非常感謝

조용하고 안락하게 쉴 수 있으며 물이 너무 좋은 료칸
Pros:

대나무숲을 바라보며 즐길 수 있는 프라이빗 온천과 너무도 맛있는 석식, 조식.
사장님의 친절하고 세심한 배려.
편백나무로 인테리어되어 피톤치드 마시며 지낼 수 있었고 숙면을 취할 수 있었던 점.
수질이 어찌나 좋은지 1박하면서 3회나 온천욕을 했더니 피부 반질반질 합니다.

Great quiet stay for comfort.
Pros:

Very quiet area making a comfortable and pleasant stay. There is a convience store (about 4 min walk) nearby so can get some drinks and snacks. Facilities although simple but enough. Staffs are kind and meals came punctual. Bath was great and view in room was exceptional.

Cons:

Not sure where they came in from. In the room i did encounter multiple insects. Spiders is known common, but I also had what I believe is a wasp and a centipede encounter. Mini fridge was cold but not cold enough for ice products.
