Avoid room 27
Pros:

The location was amazing and all the staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast is very nice.

Cons:

Our room was disappointing. Unfortunately we didn't have nice weather but we booked a room with a jacuzzi and a balcony with the hopes we could just enjoy a couple of relaxing days in there.
The room we were given was right at the top of the stairs next to reception and the bar so it's super noisy until late. The bed is also right next to the hotels electric generator and unfortunately when we arrived the electricity went out across the island which meant we had the super loud generator going all night meters from our bed.
I woke up on the first day and thought I'd put all this aside and just enjoy the jacuzzi but the temperature was very low, I think 23/24 C, with no sun and bad weather it wasn't useable. I then went to get a shower and waited a couple of minutes and the water was cold :( overall just a crappy experience.
Not only that but our balcony/jacuzzi was heavily overlooked by anyone walking in the path below.
We thankfully only booked a few nights because we thought if we need to we can find another place, and so we spent most of our stay speaking to other hotels and then moving after the first few nights.

Stay close to the heart of Thira
Pros:

The room was big. Perfect place to stay for couples. It was very close to the centre. Also the view of sunrise from the room was exquisite.
Highly recommended!

Best place to stay in Thira!
Pros:

First and foremost the staff were simply amazing. I can honestly say the hospitality and care was second to none, they should be extremely proud of their staff.
The location was fantastic.
The rooms were spacious and well equipped.
It was intimate but spacious.

Cons:

We had a shared pool, which was great as no one else used it, but the seating area only benefited from the sun for 3 hrs a day and the water was freezing…it literally took your breath away.

Agréable séjour au cœur de la ville
Pros:

La situation centrale dans Fira, chambre pour 4 avec piscine privée pour les suites, décoration soignée, nombreuses prestations agréables (spa, menus room service), très copieux petit-déjeuner avec de beaux produits variés, personnel nombreux et attentif ….

Cons:

La taille des salle de bains est un peu juste comme la taille du lit double. La piscine pourrait être chauffée.
