Emplacement parfait, juste à côté de la Caldera.
Suite avec piscine privée idéale pour une famille avec 2 enfants.
La dame a la réception parlait très bien français et nous a très bien accueilli. Un grand merci.

O local é excelente, mas infelizmente esperava mais do hotel!

Equipe da recepção muito gentil e atenciosa

Cons:

cafe da manha regular, tipico internacional, sem nada de tipico da Grecia, como geleia de figos e pasta de azeitonas que tivemos em outros hoteis que ficamos na regiao e são muito gostosos.
O hotel recebe muitas crianças e conta com a educacao das familias, o que as vezes nao ocorre. Seria importante colocar alguns pequenos avisos como a proibicao de splash na piscina e o uso de fralda obrigatorio para bebes !!!!
Alguns funcionarios, da piscina e do cafe da manha também necessitam de mais treinamento, pois nao estao acostumados a trabalhar com varios hospedes, de diferentes culturas, sendo inapropriados e por vezes ate brutos.

Perfect
Pros:

The location was perfect right in the middle of everything . The breakfast was amazing the food so fresh and a lot of choice . The staff were very attentive and friendly .

Cons:

As it was a spa facility I would have made the hotel adults only as with children running around and being very loud it changed the ambience somewhat .
