The five star team of the hotel made all the difference; we had a wonderful time.
Pros:

People. The service was amazing, very gentle and pro-active. We felt welcomed and prvileged for having Anna Maria, Georgia, Ahmed, Maria & tyhe whole team spoiling us.

המלון מקסים. הצוות מצוין. במיוחד ג'ורגיה. קבלנו חדר ענק עם בריכה ומקלחת בגודל של חדר. חדר נקי מאד. בבוקר החדר צופה אל זריחה מדהימה. אין ספק שבביקור הבא אחזור לאותו מלון. ❤️

Execptional staff, but not high quality hard product
Pros:

The service was absolutely outstanding and vey accommodating! Rooms were beautiful.

Cons:

Not a 5-star place, except for the exception staff.

Breakfast area isn’t very cozy, and the selection is vast but not in a best way. A lot of different sweets, but not much healthy options to for example put on (very delicious!) bread. Paper tablets and single packed butter portions just don’t make it feel quality.

Also disappointed on the blankets being just a sheet and a cover on top of it.
