Pros:

Everything was great, upgrade to family suite with Jacuzzi was a nice gesture. Staffs were really super nice and helpful. Breakfast really good as well. We enjoyed our stay there, will definetely recommend and go back.

Cons:

Family suite, the sofa bed not very comfortable.

The five star team of the hotel made all the difference; we had a wonderful time.
Pros:

People. The service was amazing, very gentle and pro-active. We felt welcomed and prvileged for having Anna Maria, Georgia, Ahmed, Maria & tyhe whole team spoiling us.
