Pros:

Bellissima vista sulle piscine, Bellissima camera molto accogliente con un bel divano, molto pulita. Dopo aver avuto un problema, è stata trovata la soluzione e ringrazio per la disponibilità.

Cons:

Ho avuto un problema con la cena c'era scritto fino alle 20,15, sono arrivata alle 19,50 e la cucina aveva già chiuso. Ma ho recuperato la cena col pranzo. Grazie per la disponibilità.

The price really does not match the quality.
Pros:

Quiet. Without children. You can go in bathrobes to the thermal baths. The Kurpark and Rose garden are nearby. We could get our room earlier. The staff in the hotel (not in the restaurant) tried to do their best.

Cons:

Hotel is mostly for category 70+, receiving health by insurance.
The main disappointment was the food: it was NOT tasty and of very low quality. Under the idea of a diet, they offer meager meals, skimping on everything. If unless you are a vegan, the only meat (during the week) available was pork: no beef at all. There are no good cuts of chicken or turkey, only thin planned "schnitzels." The breakfast is 2-star quality: there's no fresh cottage cheese, egg dishes, fish. Also, for lunch and dinner there were no good fresh vegetables (in the summer ?!) . The salad bar was with only scanned goods. The greens were not properly sorted and the arugula was sometimes rotten. The juice was always watered down. The soups were made from concentrate and oversalted. The portions were very small, as for a child. They don’t have menu in English. There is no refrigerator, no kettle in the room.

We had a fantastic stay and truly enjoyed every moment. The staff were very kind, attentive, and professional. Everyone was always friendly, welcoming, and happy to help, making us feel at home from the very first day.

Our room was spotless, comfortable, and beautifully maintained. Everything was clean and well organized, which made our stay even more enjoyable.

The food was excellent, delicious, and prepared to a very high standard. The overall quality of the hotel truly reflects the excellent Austrian level of hospitality.

Ein wunderbarer Urlaub für die Gesundheit

Unser Aufenthalt war wirklich erholsam und hat unsere Erwartungen in jeder Hinsicht übertroffen. Dieses Hotel ist ein wunderbarer Ort, um neue Kraft zu tanken, sich zu erholen und etwas für die Gesundheit zu tun. Die ruhige Atmosphäre und die hervorragenden Einrichtungen schaffen die perfekten Voraussetzungen für Entspannung und Wohlbefinden.

Das Personal war außergewöhnlich freundlich, aufmerksam und jederzeit hilfsbereit. Die herzliche Betreuung und die Professionalität haben unseren Aufenthalt besonders angenehm gemacht.

Unser Zimmer war geräumig, makellos sauber und sehr komfortabel. Alles war hervorragend gepflegt und mit viel Liebe zum Detail vorbereitet.

Die Qualität der Speisen und des Services entspricht dem hohen österreichischen Standard der Gastfreundschaft.

Das Haus liegt günstig zwischen Fußgängerzone und Parkanlagen. Das Essen ist sehr gut und abwechslungsreich.

Cons:

Die Wege vom Zimmer zum Kurzentrum und zum Römerbad sind am Anfang nicht leicht zu finden, da unterschiedlich.
