сподобалось все. жодного зауваження немає. букінг пропонує тільки сніданок але в готелі можна замовити і обід і вечерю. все дуже добре

Veoma ljubazno i nasmejano osoblje koje je uvek tu da pomogne i usmeri u pravom smeru, veliki izbor hrane koja je takodje jako ukusna i lepo aranžirana, animator za decu, blizina moru.

Cons:

Videli smo da je neko od spremacica ostavio usisivač na dečiji krevetac što je jako velika zamerka, večernje animacije za decu su bile dvaput nedeljno, možda bi mogle biti češće ili svake večeri.

Чистый собственный пляж. Достаточно разнообразная еда на завтраке. Есть небольшой открытый бассейн и крытый бассейн с сауной.

Cons:

Маленький номер с уже прилично,мягко говоря, изношенным ковролином и с маленьким узким балконом. На балконе разумеется не было ни стола,ни стульев,но хотя бы сушку для вещей можно было поставить. К персоналу на ресэпшн,в ресторане и по уборке вопросов нет,а вот персонал на пляже еще до 19.00 ходил и складывал зонты,хотя люди еще отдыхали.Неприятный момент. Мини бар в номере платно во всех отелях-это нормально,но капсулы для кофе в отелях 4 звезды везде бесплатно,есть с чем сравнивать,отдыхали в отелях 4 звезды в Бечичах, в этом отеле нужно платить.Чая и чайника в номере тоже нет.

Pros:

Osoblje hotela je jako ljubazno i ima ih puno, dostupni su za sva pitanja. Lokacija je dobra, voda u bazenu je dobra i hrana je fantasticna.

Cons:

All-inclusive ponuda treba biti malo bolja/drugacija. Sluzenje snacks-a u 11h je vrlo cesto kasnilo, potrebna je bolja organizacija za taj deo. Kafa u konceptu all-inclusive nije dobra, i sokovi koji se nude tu bi mogli biti bolji. Kafic na bazenu ne ulazi u ponudu all-inclusive,a tu se mnogo vremena provodi.

Sunloungers free of charge on the beach, fun Mexican bar next door, food in El Gusto restaurant was amazing and decent prices, fun pool activities, gym pretty decent for a hotel. The beds were comfortable and rooms pretty quiet. Decent air-con. Nice pool and bar.

Cons:

The breakfast needs better variety. More sun beds. No free coffee in tbe room, there's pods but you have to pay to use them which we didn't realise. There's no chairs for the balcony which is unusual. Our toilet seat kept breaking. The rooms have been refurbished but the rest of the building and common areas are old fashioned. No free water in the room and the gym didn't have any water in for a few days which made exercising in the heat hard work.

Das Hotel war sehr sauber und gepflegt und wir haben uns insgesamt wohlgefühlt. Das Essen war lecker und abwechslungsreich. Besonders positiv fanden wir die Mitarbeiter an der Rezeption, die freundlich und hilfsbereit waren. Auch die Lage und die Hotelanlage haben uns gut gefallen.

Cons:

Beim Frühstück gab es leider keinen frisch gebrühten Filterkaffee, sondern Kaffee aus einem Automaten, der geschmacklich eher an Instantkaffee erinnerte. Für ein Hotel dieser Kategorie hätten wir uns qualitativ besseren Kaffee gewünscht. Auch der Kaffee auf dem Zimmer war kostenpflichtig – ein paar kostenlose Kaffeeportionen wären eine schöne Aufmerksamkeit gewesen.

Da wir kein All-Inclusive gebucht hatten, fanden wir es außerdem schade, dass uns beim Essen nie angeboten wurde, Getränke wie Wein, Softdrinks oder besseren Kaffee gegen Aufpreis zu bestellen. Eine solche Möglichkeit wäre für Gäste ohne All-Inclusive sehr wünschenswert.

Außerdem hatten wir über das Hotel ein Taxi bestellt. Leider wurde dieses vermutlich von einem Mitarbeiter des Valet-/Servicebereichs einem anderen Gast gegeben, sodass wir erneut warten mussten. Das war ärgerlich und könnte organisatorisch besser gelöst werden.
