Great location and friendly staff
Pros:

We had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. The beach is only a few steps away, which was very convenient.
The staff were always kind, polite, and professional, making us feel welcome throughout our stay.

The entertainment for children was excellent. The animation team put in a lot of effort every day and did an amazing job keeping both kids and adults engaged.

We also loved the live Latin music, both during the day and at the beach bar in the evening. The atmosphere was very nice.

Cons:

During busy periods, the hotel and beach area felt overcrowded.
Also, on a few occasions our room was not cleaned because we happened to be in the room when housekeeping came by. It would have been helpful if there had been an opportunity for them to return later.

Pros:

Food was great, both breakfast and dinner. Facilities are nice as well (multiple indoor and outdoor pools for kids as well, kid's world is nice). The beach is beautiful. Bed was super comfy.

Im Juni ein Top Hotel.
Pros:

Sehr sauber und modern und 1 a Lage direkt am Strand. Essen war sehr gut. Liegen und Schirme am Steand und am Pool kostenlos.

Cons:

Personal kann nicht lächeln, grüßen - einfach Hallo sagen. Parkplatz ist immer voll, aber für die 2 Manager wird Tag und Nacht freigehalten.

The location was good one end of the Becici beach .. rooms were clean and Tidy ..

Cons:

Building work beach side a new beach front building and Latin bar being built , the Latin bar finished opened while we were there .
