To avoid!
Cons:

The place was very filthy and poorly maintained. All of it was just too dirty. This goes for our room, as well for common, external areas. The overall structure looked poorly maintained, as if the hotel has been closed for a long time or has been abandoned.
In our room, mattresses and pillows were all stained, the shower had broken tiles, both sinks were dirty, one was broken, the sink in the toilet.. not sure what happened there.
To us it felt like a scam, especially when we compare it with the photos displayed on Booking.com, which were clearly taken months or maybe years ago.
Reception staff was basically absent, if not for a very young guy who didn't speak English at all. It was impossible to communicate with him and ask for proper help. No other staff was available in the structure.
We slept there only one night, then we left to another place.

Cons:

The stay was very disappointing. The room was extremely dirty and clearly had not been cleaned before our arrival. The entire place looked messy and poorly maintained. The swimming pool also seemed neglected and not properly taken care of. There was no soap or even toilet paper provided in the bathroom. Overall, the hotel looked as if it had been closed for a long time and not prepared for guests. Unfortunately, it did not feel like a functioning hotel and we would not recommend staying here.

Wir konnten das Zimmer wechseln; Lage 5min zur Stadt

Cons:

Das Hotel wäre super, wenn das Personal etwas anderes tun würde als ins Handy schauen und Zusammenkünfte am Pool. (Hostel Stimmung anstatt professioneller Einstellung)
Es findet keine Zimmerreinigung statt (wir mussten selbst vom Vorgänger reinigen), mehrmaliges Nachfragen selbst für Toilettenpapier; Reparaturen in den Zimmern finden nicht statt (flackernde Lampen, kaputte Schränke etc.) Airport Taxi doppelter bis dreifacher Preis (100 USD anstatt 35 USD); Nächtliche Party´s von Nicht-Hotelgästen werden veranstaltet um zusätzliche Einnahmen zu generieren

Falscher Preis bei Booking (wir haben jeden Tag Feiertagstarif bezahlt x 12 Nächte!)

Disappointed at casa Dahab !
