Nice idea that could be improved w/ customer service training.

Adorable hotel close to Magnolia Farms
Pros:

The property was super cute and well appointed. The location was fantastic if you plan to spend time downtown or at Magnolia Farms.

Cons:

Our room’s ac was broken. The front desk moved us to a new room after acknowledging that that room “had been having issues.” We were grateful for the consideration! Beds are firm! There is a train that comes through several times a night.

Pivovar is Waco’s best kept secret as far as lodging goes.

Extremely Disappointed
Pros:

Absolutely adorable property. Great location if you want to be right next to the silo’s of chip and Joanna Gaines.

Cons:

I have stayed in very inexpensive hotels and had nicer bedding than this expensive hotel did. All you get is a thin sheet and a very thin waffle blanket if that’s what you wanna call it. And that’s it. You would expect a nice luxury comforter in this class of hotel. I felt like I was sleeping in a motel six bed absolutely horrible. I was in a suite. And even my daughter and som in law was like what the heck was this? So beware if you’re spending $300 a night on their rooms. It’s very sad because the rest of the property is very nice.

The tub was super cool and we had a very relaxing bath Bed was very comfortable and the decor was cool.

Cons:

The bath was not practical for cleaning. Really needed a separate shower.

The location was great and close to the Silos and downtown Waco. We enjoyed exploring the city on foot and liked that the parking was included. The staff was great and helpful.

The Pivovar felt like you were at home! Very unique, the Front Desk Clerk Abby was AMAZING very helpful and polite.

La ubicación, la habitación era genial. El bar de abajo muy bueno.

Cons:

El horario del bar que cierra muy temprano en noche de sábado y que no tienen personal para ayudar a subir maletas

Great location, super nice room, prefer having a shower and separate toilet room.
Pros:

Halls & rooms super nice clean fresh. Room was large & beautiful. Property is adjacent to Magnolia Silos plus near numerous restaurants & bars. Staff very nice.

Cons:

Lobby is small & sparse good for check in only. Bathroom had tub only ie no shower. Toilet is not separated from bathroom.
