Regarding Booking 6291115043 | Property Confirmation #KZ9FJR

I am extremely dissatisfied with this booking experience. The property was already closed for more than one month, yet it was still listed and confirmed. This is clearly misleading and amounts to cheating.

I was left stranded at the location, which caused me severe mental stress and tension, especially after a long journey. Due to this failure, I was forced to arrange and pay for another hotel immediately.

I request not only a full refund but also appropriate compensation for the inconvenience, mental harassment, and additional expenses caused due to this false listing.

If this matter is not resolved with compensation at the earliest, I will be compelled to file a formal complaint with the Consumer Court and escalate this issue further.

I am awaiting your prompt response and resolution.

Cons:

Cockroaches, no parking for a car. Bike is fine. Signal is poor and wifi slow. Bring a dongle.

Pros:

No breakfast but money was charged

Cons:

Even after switching on the geyser, I couldn't get warm water.

My package incuded breakfast, but when enquired I was informed there's no breakfast and when I said it was charged, I was asked to complain.....ridiculous.

Used torn towel was provided earlier, layer on I was provided another.
