Superior staff, terrific value, central location
Pros:

Staff provided superior service, breakfast was delivered to room, excellent value, central location very close to restaurants. Cameras for security on each floor.

Cons:

When checked in, sheets were clean but stained and hotel replaced them at our request. Breakfast is only store bought bread and bananas. However, the rate is very low, so there's a limit on what they can provide. Also, no lobby, checkin is a tiny room next to a sports clothes store, so easy to miss.

About what I expected in small town Bangladesh.
Pros:

Rooms were nice! Comfortable beds and furnishings. Nice bathroom. The staff were nice although it is clear management had not thought through the hotel service and amenities. I’d stay here again because the below problems can we fixed very easily.

Cons:

No real service was available when we needed it. There was construction that was not closed off. They wanted cash and an advance instead of credit card. No generator so I couldn’t get a receipt at check out Had to move my car multiple times because parking is almost non-existent. VERY loud wedding in the hotel until 1am; VERY loud street outside.

Pros:

I liked the room. It was big and comfortable.

Cons:

The room wasn't clean enough. The washroom wasn't clean enough. The towels weren't clean. No blankets were available. Had to ask for blankets then the staff brought it. Too much load shedding and their generator wasn't ready. Got stuck in the lift due to load shedding.
