Отличный отель — с удовольствием вернулись бы снова!

Прекрасный отель с очень хорошим расположением и великолепным видом с террасы. Номер чистый, уютный, всё необходимое есть.

Отдельно хочется отметить очень дружелюбный и внимательный персонал. Уборка проводилась каждый день: выносили мусор, пылесосили, поддерживали чистоту — всё было именно так, как должно быть.

Большой плюс отеля — отличный бассейн. После моря особенно приятно вернуться и немного поплавать в бассейне — отличный способ освежиться и расслабиться.

До пляжа есть специальная дорожка от отеля, расстояние около 500 метров. Рядом находится набережная, хорошие пляжи и магазин — расположение действительно очень удобное.

Ещё один большой плюс — удобная парковка при отеле, что особенно важно для путешествующих на автомобиле.

Нам всё очень понравилось. Огромное спасибо персоналу за гостеприимство и отличный отдых! Однозначно рекомендуем этот отель.

Meer dan tevreden.
Pros:

Locatie fantastisch. Loopafstand van het strand. Mooi zwembad met fijne ligbedden rondom. Hotel in het algemeen is schoon en goed onderhouden. Complete en ruime kamer met eigen keukentje maken het mogelijk zelf maaltijden te verzorgen. Airconditioning in de kamer is zeer comfortabel.

Cons:

De volledig getegelde vloeren en wanden maken houden het hotel schoon, maar maken het ook enigszins gehorig. Zou bij aankomst nu vragen om een kamer op de bovenste etage, danwel aan het eind van een gang. De koelkast in de kamer is aan vervanging toe; deze is ‘s nachts soms gehorig. Gezien de grootte van de kamer zou het mogelijk moeten zijn de keuken van het slaapgedeelte te scheiden.

Pros:

Отзывчивый персонал. Номер светлый, с прекрасным видом, хорошо оборудован. До пляжа и магазина близко. Рядом отличный ресторан Два капитана. Бассейн инфинити, вид шикарный.

Cons:

Все было великолепно. Единственный момент, в общественном туалете у бассейна на работает ручка, но это совсем не критично.

Отличный бассейн и виды, довольно просторный номер, хорошая терраса , приветливый персонал, хорошие пляжи в окрестностях

Cons:

Однозначно требуется ремонт номеров, много сколов, варочная панель не отображает корректно цифры нагрева, где-то поцарапаны двери, вендинговый аппарат в коридоре работает через раз и принимает только наличные, учитывая , что до ближайшего магазина надо прям пройтись, а по жаре тащить воду и продукты не очень комфортно, спасала glovo доставка, учитывая расположение прям очень не хватает рядом общепита , до банкоматов тоже далековато, до моря нужно идти через дорогу, предварительно спустившись по лестнице и пройдя вдоль дороги, где переход тоже не регулируется, с детьми не самый простой маршрут , вокруг много стройки

Fantastic and worth staying if you want a quieter area with a great pool and vista
Pros:

Studio room is fine for 2 people with a small kitchenette including small fridge/kettle/toaster/microwave/hob and basic kitchen equipment etc. Bathroom was very clean with a good shower area and a mid-sized washing machine as well . There is one water heater in the bathroom, so that needs to be kept on so there is enough hot water for each person

The pool area is fab, with a great elevated view to the beach/sea and a really good swimming and relaxing area size . Parasols and comfortable sun loungers

Lift to all floors and the entry/exit point beneath the swimming pool vernadah is the quickest way to reach the main road heading towards Budva .
On the same street as the building on the car park side; there is a small kiosk selling basics that is open late and further round the corner, there is the Idea supermarket (closed Sundays) and other kiosk type shops and then access to the beach near the Iberostar hotel

Cons:

Some signage down to the main road from the back of the property would be helpful as well as signage from the car park area , showing where the Reception is.
There is no communal seating area or bar/lobby etc, so its just your apartment and the pool area thats available . So you will need to walk out to people watch or get food etc
The nightlife is a distance away , more than 45 mins walk or a 10 mins taxi ride, so its better suited for someone looking for a quieter stay .

Хорошие апартаменты, удобная постель. Всё необходимое есть и для готовки тоже. Есть стиральная машина. Отличный балкон, где можно завтракать и есть где повесить сушиться бельё. Вид на море. Бассейн. Рядом магазины. В целом, удобный короткий спуск к пляжу.

Cons:

Немного протекал в ванной комнате поддон в душевой. Необязательно, но могли бы в номере поставить сахар, соль, перец и масло подсолнечное. И можно организовать у бассейна мини бар с напитками и мороженным.

Terrible experience: False listing info, rude staff, and poor facilities!

Cons:

We had a horrible experience at this property from the moment we arrived.
​1. False listing details: Booking.com stated parking was included, but upon arrival, they tried to charge us €45. Check-in was listed for 14:00, yet we were told the rooms wouldn't be ready until 16:00 or 17:00.
2. Rude and hostile staff: The reception staff was completely unhelpful, aggressive, and lacked basic customer service skills. When we asked to cancel due to these misrepresentations, they dismissively told us to just leave and said they would handle the cancellation within 24 hours.
3. Poor conditions: The hotel itself is outdated, poorly maintained, dirty, and located in a very inconvenient area.
​Save yourself the stress and avoid this place at all costs!

Good location, nice clean big room, need a few
Pros:

The room was nice and big and airy The location was in walking distance of the supermarket and the beach. The private lift down the road and beach was great,

Cons:

It needed a few more facilities in the room. A coffee machine and some more crockery and glasses. The fridge is too big and should not be right next to the bed ! It was noisy. On a few occasions the hot water ran out and it wasn’t clear if there was a timer. It was disappointing that there were no facilities next to the pool. It could do with a bar or somewhere to buy snacks and drinks

המיקום מעולה חנייה פרטית
בריכה גדולה ונקייה עם נוף מטורף, מרחק הליכה מהחוף ים

קצת מסובך מהחנייה לרדת להכנס לבניין לעבור לבניין אחר
