Does Booking.com ever inspect these places? Standards are not what they used to be.
Pros:

good location. receptionist very pleasant.

Cons:

hotel is old & shabby needs to be renovated.
bath towels were threadbare and small.
cushions were hard & lumpy. carpets needed a cleaning.
cupboard door was falling off its hinges................photos are very misleading.
