Important information:

Volcano View Hotel participates in the Greek Breakfast Initiative by the Hellenic Chamber of Hotels.

Please also note that the villas operate for most of the winter season. The winter villa package operates on a self catering basis with once daily maid service only. Summer services like 24-hour reception and free shuttle bus to town are not included in the winter. Breakfast is also not included since the hotel restaurant is closed. The villa manager will greet arriving guests and will be available 24 hours for any assistance you may require.

For reservations affected by covid19 , if you will not be able to travel on the specific reserved dates, you will be provided the option to modify your reservations for new dates free of charge based on availability or receive voucher for the use of the amount on future dates.

Lo único 5 estrellas son las vistas , la ubicación es buena , las instalaciones estan bien , el desayuno es correcto, y el personal de la recepción muy bien.
Los camareros del desayuno muy pesados y molestos , quieren ser agradables y se tornan molestos , la comida del restaurante es pésima y cara . La limpieza esta bien , es el primer hotel que voy en todo el mundo que te cobran las cápsulas de cafe de la habitacion, ni en hoteles de menos categoría me ha pasado eso . No cuidan los detalles

Breathtaking views. Privacy. High end restaurant.
Pros:

Breathtaking views. Immaculate property. Very kind staff. The food at the restaurant was great (albeit a bit pricey.) I appreciated being able to use the gym at a sister property.

Cons:

Not the property’s fault, but I probably should have rented a car because it wasn’t super close to other restaurants and the hotel restaurant was a bit above our budget to eat there frequently.

Nice smaller boutique hotel, quiet stay if no groups are booked in during your stay.
Pros:

Views are wonderful. Every room has a view of the volcano. Staff are very friendly .

Cons:

Wish the rooms had a couch for sitting, and more bathroom and towel hooks. Pool is not heated and a tour group/ party group of 25 came and took over the pool area so that you didn’t feel comfortable to use it.

Absolutely incredible
Pros:

We had the best time! The views are immaculate! Breakfast was amazing and the staff is SO SO wonderful and accommodating and go above and beyond. It’s just outside Fira but you can walk or take one of the shuttles the hotel offers! I loved every minute of it!

amazing view from the hotel, great facilities, nice staff

Cons:

the staff was not able to provide correct information regarding the time it would take by public bus to get to the airport ( time is 10 Minutes). it seemed like they were pushing to schedule a taxi which costs 40 Euro for a 8 minute drive while the bus costs 2 Euro per person. since the hotel is outside of the town and there are no restaurant and shops in the hotel area it would have been great to have more availability of the shuttle bus to Fira and back
