Important information:

Volcano View Hotel participates in the Greek Breakfast Initiative by the Hellenic Chamber of Hotels.

Please also note that the villas operate for most of the winter season. The winter villa package operates on a self catering basis with once daily maid service only. Summer services like 24-hour reception and free shuttle bus to town are not included in the winter. Breakfast is also not included since the hotel restaurant is closed. The villa manager will greet arriving guests and will be available 24 hours for any assistance you may require.

For reservations affected by covid19 , if you will not be able to travel on the specific reserved dates, you will be provided the option to modify your reservations for new dates free of charge based on availability or receive voucher for the use of the amount on future dates.

Pros:

The hotel's view was absolutely incredible. The pool and all the other facilities were excellent. The restaurant staff were extremely attentive and friendly, and the food was delicious. We would especially like to thank Kostas and Petros—they were warm, welcoming, and wonderful people.
As for the location, there are supermarkets and other useful amenities nearby. The hotel is about a 30-minute walk from the center of Fira, but it offers a shuttle service at scheduled times, making it easy and convenient to get to the town center.

Maravilhosa a hospedagem.
Pros:

O hotel é excepcional. Os quartos muito bons. A vista é simplesmente maravilhosa. A única sugestão seria uma pessoa que soubesse falar espanhol na recepção, pois a comunicação com uma das atendentes foi muito ruim. Todos os outros foram excelentes.

Le panorama sur la Caldeira est époustouflant! C'est un très bel hôtel, typique de l'architecture de Santorin. Le personnel a été très accueillant durant tout notre séjour, que ce soit à l'accueil, au petit déjeuner, au bar de la piscine ou au restaurant. La navette gratuite jusqu'à Fira est très pratique et toujours ponctuelle. Le petit déjeuner est très bon, ainsi que le restaurant, le tout dans un cadre magnifique.

Cons:

La chambre un peu petite, il manquerait une machine à café et une bouilloire.

Sunset heaven 🌅
Pros:

The hotel is spotlessly clean and kept clean at all times.
ALL the staff are super friendly and helpful and very efficient at their jobs.
Spectacular sunsets from this location.
The pool area has stunning views across to the volcano and distance islands and there is always something to watch in the bay below.
We were in room 177 that had the most gorgeous private balcony and a picture window in the shower that was fantastic when showering looking out across the ocean.
We hired a quad from the guy across the road that we really enjoyed and the guy was brilliant.
Hotel runs a shuttle bus into Fira and returns 4 times a day

Cons:

Same music playing around the pool area daily.
We had room 177 and the light from the external steps shone directly into our window that had no blind or curtains. I improvised but felt guilty.
Shuttle bus times are not convenient.
It is a fair walk from Fira.

La vue magnifique sur la caldeira bien sûr , la piscine de belle taille et le très bon cocktail , l’excellent restaurant et petit déjeuner, le bon confort de la chambre

Propreté un peu limite dans la salle de douche, des serviettes avec des traces noires. La musique un peu trop forte au bord de la piscine
