Volcano View Hotel participates in the Greek Breakfast Initiative by the Hellenic Chamber of Hotels.

Please also note that the villas operate for most of the winter season. The winter villa package operates on a self catering basis with once daily maid service only. Summer services like 24-hour reception and free shuttle bus to town are not included in the winter. Breakfast is also not included since the hotel restaurant is closed. The villa manager will greet arriving guests and will be available 24 hours for any assistance you may require.

Entspricht nicht einem 5 Sterne Hotel.
Pros:

Personal war nett und stets hilfsbereit!

Cons:

Das Zimmer war nie wirklich sauber. Das Fitnessstudio ist in einem anderen Hotel über die Straße. Das Frühstück hatte zu wenig Auswahl. Das Mittagessen war nicht gut. Wir sind um 7:30 Uhr von einer Reinigungsdame geweckt worden. Der Pool hat erst ab 11:00 Uhr offen.

Panorama spettacolare!
Pros:

Ci è piaciuto praticamente tutto, ma il vero punto di forza di questo hotel è senza dubbio la vista: semplicemente spettacolare e vale da sola ogni euro speso. È davvero difficile stancarsi di un panorama così!

Il personale è molto cordiale e disponibile; una menzione particolare va ai ragazzi della sala, sempre gentili, sorridenti e attenti. Nel complesso abbiamo trascorso un soggiorno davvero piacevole e siamo rimasti molto soddisfatti della nostra scelta.

Espectaculares vistas a la caldera, tranqulidad y servicio muy atento.
Pros:

Las vistas, las vistas, las piscinas y el servicio de restaurante es lo mejor. Las personas del staff del hotel son muy amables y se esfuerzan por que te sientas como en casa.

Cons:

Las habitaciones son un poco pequeñas para un hotel de esta categoria. La ubicacion es muy buena para las vistas de la caldera pero hay que moverse por la isla hay que buscar transporte. Hay servicio shutle a Fira pero solo 4 salidas y 4 regresos por dias. Deberian incrementar la frecuencia.

Fantastisk utsikt, hyggelig personale og rolige områder. Frokost og andre småting kunne vært bedre.

Utsikten var spektakulær, og er en av hovedgrunnene til at man bør velge dette hotellet. Personalet var svært hyggelige og behjelpelige. Det var rent og pent overalt, og det virket som at de som vasket passet på at man var borte da de rengjorde; det var veldig behagelig. Det går shuttlebuss til byen, dette hjalp veldig. Bra trykk i dusjen. Fremstår som et kvalitetshotell.

Cons:

Frokosten var grei, men til dette prisnivået hadde vi forventet bedre frokost. Kanskje noen som lagde ferdigretter som omelett, pannekaker eller liknende. Det burde vært mer fruktutvalg. Det var en del bakevarer som så dårlig ut, bananfluer var på de hjemmelagde kjeksene hver dag.

Rommene var OK, men igjen; for dette prisnivået hadde vi forventet noe bedre kvalitet. Junior suite var omtrent det man forventer i et vanlig 3-stjerners hotell i Europa, typ prisklasse 150 EUR natten. Her kostet det dobbelte. Men utsikten er selvsagt vanskelig å slå.

Selv med shuttlebussen var lokasjonen litt plundrete. Må innom Fira for å ta annen lokal buss, litt for langt å gå, så man var noe avhengig av shuttlebuss siden taxi er så dyrt. Men tidspunktene på shuttlebussen var få og på litt dumme tidspunkter. Det burde f.eks. gått en shuttlebuss tilbake fra Fira slik at man rakk solnedgangen, og en shuttlebuss til litt senere på kvelden.
