Pros:

Prima bed, grote kamer.

Cons:

Geen duidelijk ontvangst, spreken geen tot weinig Engels. Onoverzichtelijk, een beetje out dated, maar goed voor die prijs.

Prijsgunstig en degelijk hotel met een heel goed chinees restaurant
Pros:

Heel vriendelijk , de eigenaresse maakte ons heel geduldig wegwijs om ons de beste manier te geven om naar de Rockhal , 7 km verder te gaan . Ze belde informatief een taxi om hun taxitarieven te vragen en toonde ons de beste optie, het treinstation wat verder en het gratis openbaar vervoer in Luxemburg

Mir hat gar nichts gefallen. Es war furchtbar. Ich war immer Stammkunde, aber letztes Mal war es wie ein Schlag ins Gesicht.

Ich war immer Kunde bei Ihnen, aber dieses Mal war ich sehr enttäuscht. Sie haben mir den Schlüsselcode für den späten Check-in nicht geschickt und weder meine Anrufe noch meine Nachrichten beantwortet. Draußen bei -12 Grad habe ich gefroren. Schließlich bin ich nur mit Mühe ins Hotel gekommen. Das Zimmer war schmutzig, es gab keine Handtücher, überall lagen benutzte Tassen und Müll herum, und die Bettwäsche war schmutzig und benutzt! Die Heizung funktionierte nicht, ich habe gefroren und in meiner Jacke geschlafen! Geben Sie mir mein Geld zurück! Ich werde mich beschweren!
