Amazing and well looked after at all times
Pros:

The food for breakfast was amazing with a huge selection to choose from.
Dinner was also amazing each night and the choices on the menu were excellent. Catered for the children really well too.

Cons:

The mattresses were a little hard and uncomfortable but other than that everything was great

Everything about Wellnessresort Seiwald exceeded our expectations. The staff were wonderful and always ready to help. We were particularly impressed by the quality of the food and the excellent facilities on-site. Perfect location in Going. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a relaxing getaway in Austria! We will definitely be back!

Trotzdem ein schöner Urlaub

Sehr freundliches Personal. Gut ausgestattete Suite

Cons:

Das Hotel besteht aus 3 Häusern ( Haupthaus, in welchem Frühstück und Abendessen serviert werden, dem Kaiserschlössl und den neuen Kaiserjuwel Suiten. Diese 3 Häuser sind jedoch nicht unterirdisch miteinander verbunden. Das heißt wenn ich vom Haupthaus zum Infinity Pool möchte- dieser befindet sich im Haus der Kaiserjuwelsuiten- muss ich im Bademantel mit nassen Sachen die Straße überqueren. Das ist im Sommer sicher kein Problem, im Winter allerdings….Ist sicher alles machbar, ist ja auch nur ein kurzer Weg, aber man sollte es wissen. Frühstück war gut. Allerdings sind wir gerade in Österreich mehr Vielfalt was die Käseauswahl zum Frühstück betrifft gewöhnt.

Der beste Urlaub und Aufenthalt den wir je erlebt hatten. Danke Elfi!
Pros:

Wunderschöne Anlage mit einem tollen Wellnessbereich. Alles super sauber und gepflegt. Das allerbeste ist das Personal. Super freundlich und stets gästeorientiert. Vor allem die Besitzerin unglaublich nett und zuvorkommend. Sowas erlebt man kein zweites Mal. Man wird mit Händeschütteln begrüßt, mit Namen angesprochen. Es gab zu Beginn eine ausführliche Führung durchs Haus.
Täglich eine persönliche Morgenpost auf dem Tisch. Das Essen im Restaurant ein Traum! Die Bedienungen super aufmerksam und professionell. Der Koch ist extra einkaufen gefahren weil wir kein Schwein essen und hat daraufhin das Cordon Bleu aus Putenfleisch gemacht statt Schwein. Wo gibts denn noch sowas?

Bitte unbedingt so weitermachen. Wir kommen definitiv wieder! Danke Elfi und Team. Bestes Hotel ❤️

Die Berge lassen vieles verzeihen
Pros:

Die Ausgangslage des Hotels für Unternehmungen ist sehr gut. Die Anbindung an den Busverkehr ebenso.
Der Außenpool ist sehr schön und hat Flair. Zusätzlich gibt es einen Infinity Pool in dem extrovertierte Menschen ihre Revuekörper präsentieren können. War ganz lustig anzusehen. ;-)

Cons:

Wäre es ein 3-Sterne-Hotel, hätten wir nichts auszusetzen. Da es sich aber um ein 4-Sterne-Superior-Hotel mit einem stolzen Preis handelt, hätten wir mehr Service erwartet. Das Essen war durchschnittlich, die Lustlosigkeit des Servicepersonals spürbar. Schade.

Außergewöhnliche Lage mit echt Tiroler Flair und herzlichem Personal. Insbesondere Elfi ist ein Herz von Gastgeberin! Der Ausblick im Wellnessbereich ist super, das neue Haus mit Infinitypool der Hammer!

Cons:

Am Hauptpool vielleicht etwas mehr Bedienung, aber das ist nicht der Rede wert.

Ein außergewöhnlicher Aufenthalt und Urlaub den wir nicht vergessen werden.
Pros:

Ausstattung und Angebot waren sehr gut. Es war nie langweilig an den Tagen, wenn das Wetter mal etwas schlechter war. Der Infinitiv Pool ist Mega schön und man hat eine perfekte Aussicht. Alle Saunen sind richtig toll.

Cons:

Die Schlafzimmer der Familiensuite befinden sich zur Straße (in unserem Fall). Aufgrund des Verkehrs kann es schon mal etwas lauter werden. Schrittgeschwindigkeit in der gesamten Straße wäre empfehlenswert.
