Pros:

The hotel is located quite close to the ski lifts. It is fairly clean and well maintained. A ski bus stops right in front of the hotel. There is a beautiful view from the restaurant and from some of the rooms. The sauna is hot. There is also a children’s playroom with toys and a ski rental service. The breakfast is not very varied, but the products are quite tasty.

Cons:

I absolutely did not like the staff, except for one guy whose name tag said Klements. They talk among themselves rather than with guests. They are neither friendly nor responsive.
The hairdryer worked for only 10 seconds and then shut off for a 5-minute break. The Wi-Fi is very weak. There is no fridge, table, or kettle in the room. A very basic hotel; the price is overpriced.

Poloha hotelu - krásné a klidné údolí Gosau
Hotel byl čistý, pokoj dostatečně prostorný a balkon s krásným výhledem na hory

Cons:

Personál na restauraci, šlo vidět, že nemají moc zkušeností.
Naopak personál na recepci byl super.
Bylo by dobré mít na hotelu k dispozici základní léky proti bolesti. Vím, že toto si má každý pohlídat sám, ale bohužel se může stát, že člověk zapomene a tak by bylo dobré pro případ nouze mít k dispozici.

Ubytování slušné, ale jídlo slabší - nedoporučuji
Pros:

Oceňuji pohodlnou postel, prostorný pokoj (Superior) a polohu hotelu. V pěší dostupnosti potraviny, kostel i pošta.

Cons:

Pokud jste zvyklí, jako já, na tradiční rakouskou kuchyni a servis, tady ho nenajdete. Jídlo bych přirovnala k závodní jídelně, vývařovně, kde se nejede na kvalitu, ale vlastně ani kvantitu - stále něco chybí a pro od pohledu otrávený personál je cokoliv problém - na snídani, kde byly všechny stoly obsazené a potřebovala jsem uklidit jeden z mnoha prázdných ale s nakupeným nádobím jsem snad otrávenější pohled neviděla - servírka mi navíc řekla, ať si zkusím najít jiný stůl - nádobí sice neochotně odnesla, ale stůl byl plný drobků a skvrn, takže jsem si ho musela nakonec vyčistit sama. Buď chyběly párky, džus, bábovka nebo zmrzlina. Často jsme museli vybírat, který talíř nebo nůž vzít, protože nebylo řádně umyto. Jídlo pro mne bylo rozhodně velkým zklamáním - ať už chutí, kvalitou nebo servisem v restauraci.

Herna pro děti - neuklizená a prakticky bez hraček.

Sauna - na tak velký hotel opravdu nedostačující.

Der Aufenthalt hat uns sehr gut gefallen.
Pros:

Die Zimmer waren sehr schön und modern. Wir fanden es eine tolle Idee, dass die Zimmer nur bei Bedarf bzw. auf Wunsch gereinigt werden sollten. Das Essen hat uns geschmeckt und die Auswahl war auch toll.

Cons:

Die Polster hätten etwas dicker sein können.

haben uns von anfang an sehr wohl gefühlt!
Pros:

Zimmer waren ausreichend. Ein Stuhl im Zimmer wäre teilweise angenehm gewesen. Einmal ist unsere Klospühlung hängen geblieben und Wasser ist ununterbrochen gelaufen. Ein freundlicher Mitarbeiter ist dann inerhalb 10 Minunten bei uns gewesen und hat es repariert.

Dobré jídlo. Velký pokoj.

Cons:

Děsně laciné. Poměrně drahé ubytování. Bez ledničky, stará tv, jezdící postel. Nemožnost úklidu po 10 hodině, když nedáte ráno vysačku na dveře. Myslim si, že kecy o úspoře jsou mimo, trochu to ztrácí smyslu názvu hotel. Ale pak je to apartmán. Navíc výměna ručníku taky špatně. Výměna ano, ale bez počtu osob na pokoji. Cekal jsem větší komfort.
Program na Silvestra totálně marný. Špatná organizace. Respektive žádná. Škoda.
