Good central stay
Pros:

The room was quite large and very comfortable with great views over the lake to the temple. It is a steep walk up to the accomodation but you can always get a tuktuk. It is very close to the Temple and many other attractions. The staff were very attentive and friendly. The food was good. I would recommend this lodge.

The shower pressure was very low

Unser Aufenthalt war rundum super. Das Zimmer war sehr sauber, angenehm klimatisiert und modern eingerichtet. Das ganze Team war stets aufmerksam, äußerst kompetent und sehr professionell. Genau das hat den Aufenthalt sehr angenehm und reibungslos gemacht, auch wenn dadurch weniger das typische, familiäre Airbnb-Gefühl aufkam.

Auch das Restaurant der Unterkunft hat uns überzeugt, die Preise sind allerdings etwas höher.

Ein ganz besonderes Dankeschön gilt einer Mitarbeiterin, die Deutsch sprach und uns unterstützt hat. Nachdem wir etwas im Auto unseres Fahrers vergessen hatten, hat sie sich sofort darum gekümmert und wir haben alles wiederbekommen.

Great location within Ella. The actual grounds were lovely, the staff are really friendly. Very relaxing, welcoming place. We will be bak again.

Pros:

Die Lage vom Hotel ist sehr gut. Mitten in der Stadt und dennoch etwas abseits von der Straße. Innerhalb von 10 Minuten kann man unter anderem den Bahnhof oder auch das City Shopping Center erreichen. Das Frühstück war sehr gut und die Mitarbeitenden waren sehr freundlich.

Cons:

Die Zimmer haben mir gefallen. Negativ fand ich, dass man das Zimmer nicht komplett abdunkeln konnte und es schon gegen 6:30 Uhr komplett hell war. Die Klimaanlage war etwas laut und die Bettdecken etwas zu dick.

太难闻，负责人态度恶劣

Cons:

入住的时候发现房间味道很难闻，我想换房被拒绝，因为没房了（我也可以理解）。然后我想让酒店负责人去我们房间看下，到底是为什么会有味道，然后负责人说，去房间看下需要另外付费，不是他服务的时间，需要加钱，很无语，态度很恶劣。后面的其他服务员有帮我们想办法去除味道，但是只是拿另外一种味道盖住霉味，睡一晚上第二天喉咙痛。
