Pros:

员工登记还算耐心

Cons:

房间隔音很差，空调制冷很糟糕，老板想多搞钱，应该退400，只字未提，看我是中国，语言不通，对外国人缺乏包容，跟友好的态度，这点与中国的酒店恰恰相反

L accueil, l amabilité

Cons:

Juste le manque de serviettes dans la salle de bains. Une seule serviette et non propre. Sinon le reste est parfait.

They shoud improve on making the place more comfortable
Pros:

The room was clean, the water heater was working well, and the AC was working well.

Cons:

1. The receptionist was intoxicated when we arrived. 2. There were mosquitoes in the room,
3. One towel was made available for 3 days before changing it.
4. My room key was misplaced by the receptionist and I had to wait for over an 1 hour for them to go and bring a spare key.
