Pros:

have a wonderful trip that was one of my unforgettable tours
cruise was so nice, cleaning they made my cabin twice per day with unique decoration every time
food was so good and tasty
staff are so professional and they providing the service with funny kind way they always asks us to feel free
the Tour guide Mohamed was very good Egyptology he and his back office men was so professional they are in contact with us before, during and after trip
modern clean cars
we book with them the sightseeing package after we compare with others they gives us a good price and tour as well
i am highly recommend them

Overall, the trip down the Nile is so fantastic, if you can adapt, it is still an amazing experience
Pros:

Affordable cruise with all basics, good food, clean bed, pool deck, and standard itinerary. Staff was nice and friendly. Spectacular scenery.

Cons:

One of the older ships on the Nile. Room had clean beds but located in rear near engines, and rather filthy and in need of a good clean up. crew were also disposing rubbish into Nile from rear of the ship which I did not appreciate.

very old cruise and everything didn’t work. The food was very poor we could not eat one meal the entire cruise. the tv did not work. the bathroom was falling a part. the linen on the bed was so dirty and never washed before we stayed there. we asked them to clean it and all the did was fold it over they did not change it. very low poor poor quality. not what was promised. the towels had stains and smelled. the furniture in the lobby and in the rooms were broken and smelly and dirty. I have many more photos which I will gladly share. This was a complete scam. flies we’re all over the room and lobby and restaurant. there was no air conditioning in the restaurant we ate while dripping sweat. we suffered here. it was a painful and disgusting experience to say the very least. I’m disappointed in booking.com for their lack of discretion.
