Porto Ligia

Porto Lygia is a peaceful hotel right by the water. The staff were very friendly and welcoming, and our room was clean and comfortable with a nice sea view. The pool and garden area are perfect for relaxing, and breakfast was fresh and enjoyable

Wir haben das Hotel aufgrund der Bilder und der Beschreibung bei Booking.com gewählt. Leider wurden unsere Erwartungen nicht erfüllt. Lediglich die Sauberkeit war in Ordnung. Die Lage des Hotels erschien uns ruhig und etwas abgelegen. Leider überfluteten den Hotelstrand täglich Menschen aus aller Herren Ländern und benutzten Liegen, Duschen und den Pool. Zudem war es widerlich, dass Hotelgäste in aller Herrgottsfrühe die Liegen und Sonnenschirme mit Handtüchern belegten. Das Hotelpersonal unternahm nichts. Mehrere Hotelkatzen wurden nicht daran gehindert, im Frühstücksbereich zu betteln und auf Stühlen und Liegen zu liegen. Das Frühstück war mittelmäßig. Kein frischer O-Saft, kein Rühr- oder Spiegelei. Marmeladen gab es nur aus der Plastikpackung (geschickt in größere Gefäße umgefüllt). Selbst Honig und Joghurt waren billige Massenware.

The location is exceptional. Peaceful environment, free sunbeds, beach towels. They changed our bed linen and towels every day, and washed and emptied the trash.

Great pool and hotel on the beachfront. Sea views with balcony was awesome. Hotel staff friendly and excellent. Breakfast and snacks great. Bus stop outside hotel so convenient to get into Lefkada. Excellent air conditioning and fridge.

Beautiful location and very quiet.

The location was amazing. We had direct access to the beach which was in front of the swimming pool.
Moreover, the staff was super nice, helping us with our room and for our daily breakfasts and/or lunches. It is the ideal place to take a step back and relax!

The location was fanastic, just a short walk to a few bars and taverna.
The rooms are a good size and the air con was good with a nice balcony overlooking the sea.
The swimming pool and the beach area was great and you get a nice cool breeze off the sea to cool you down.

The location of the hotel is perfect for relaxing and unwinding in beautiful surroundings. All the staff were friendly and efficient and made our stay really enjoyable. The breakfasts were both generous and delicious.

Location wonderful, garden down to beach with lovely pool. Comfy beds and front facing bedroom had fabulous view. Staff excellent, helpful and very friendly, cleaners lovely and clean towels everyday. We loved being able to walk out along the shore in the evening to a selection of good pretty harbour side tavernas. Breakfast good with a wide selection and served in pretty poolside terrace. Pool towels provided everyday which was helpful.

The location was perfect. Very nice view and very close to the beach with beautiful sun beds area. The staff was friendly and efficient. The room was cleaned every day, also the towels were changed daily.

Lovely staff, and facilities. Great location right on the beach but also has a pool. Easy to walk along to local tavernas. Rooms were cleaned daily and black out blinds were amazing. Would go back for sure.
