Pros:

We don't understand the bad ratings .
Our room was very nice, the bed was good, the bathroom typically swedish without a tub but with a squeegee to dry the floor, we even had a fridge and the breakfast was good. Wifi worked perfectly and there is a machine for coffee and tea at all times.
The people I had contact with were super nice and helpful.
And the laundry room really topped it all.

Cons:

The impact sound insulation is not the best, when you have a downstairs room, like we did, you hear the people moving on the floor above you.
