Pros:

The customer service was exceptional. The staff was ready to attend to our needs and sort out our problems quickly. Very professional and caring. Well done to them.

Pros:

Staff were friendly. Room was clean and comfortable. Evening meal was good with a fair selection to choose from. The included breakfast was of a generous amount.

Cons:

Room (B10) window faced open bar area with tv on wall outside so a bit noisy early evening. Tv in room 2 channels both football🧐

Cons:

Too many mosquitoes. Even with a mosquito net provided, we had loads of mosquitoes bite us all night. And the temperature in the rooms was too hot to sleep. We could not access a fan. The breakfast was good and the staff were warm and kind.

Once complete, the Rosewood will be an amazing venue. The staff are incredible!
Pros:

Breakfast was amazing and the location was ideal for my stay.

Cons:

It is a new hotel so a bit of work required to bring it to a certain standard, such as adding mosquito nets to the vets.

Good ambience and service, bravo!!
Pros:

Very friendly and supportive staff..Good food and flexible arrangements were easily organised for our family when stayed at Rosewood. Good to see a lot of efforts in place to expand the facility and services.Very highly recommended.

A nice hotel very nice staff but needs facilities menus etc improvement
Pros:

The property is good but feels unfinished. A word for the staff they were very accommodating.

Cons:

Lots of mosquitoes no windows just bars in the bathroom my party even with net were bitten all night. The restaurant was lacking . and the goat snd pork were not up to scratch. Bar closed to private function Saturday and Sunday night.
