HIGHLY recommend, we felt so at home!!!
Pros:

We felt so at home here, really couldn't ask for more for such a reasonable price. Everyone was lovely, the room had character and was very clean and very comfy beds, awesome location close to everything, very well equipped kitchen. And the CATS are some of the healthiest cats I have seen around and a couple in particular so friendly!

Herberge zum Wohlfühlen
Pros:

Das Hotel Minca Express liegt zentral direkt am Bahnhof. Die Zimmer gruppieren sich um einen geräumigen begrünten Innenhof mit Outdoorküche. Ein Jacuzzi im Innenhof lädt zum Erfrischen ein. Wäschereiservice ist günstig und sehr zu empfehlen. Das Ehepaar betreibt im EG einen kleinen Supermarkt, der bis in die späten Abendstunden geöffnet ist und auch dem Bummelletzten am Abend noch freundlich die Tür öffnet. Die Eheleute
sind besonders warmherzig, flexibel und sehr freundlich. Per WhatsApp kann man jederzeit Fragen stellen, auch Empfehlungen für Ausflüge, Transport oder gute Restaurants bekommt man jederzeit. Und stets ein Lächeln. Es war uns eine Freude, dort ein paar Tage zu verbringen.

Cons:

Ich empfehle reichlich Moskitospray (fur Amazonas) mitzunehmen. Ist aber auch im Supermarkt erhältlich. 😉

Pros:

The hosts were very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable, it was helpful having the mini fridge in the room to store groceries. The kitchen was also handy (although it isn’t covered which means you get very wet when it rains). Overall it was good value for money and well located.

Cons:

Unfortunately our room wasn’t ready until 6:30pm on the day we arrived, which meant we couldn’t really do anything that afternoon. We were offered a late check out as compensation, but that didn’t really help us as we had to leave early in the morning anyway. The pool was empty/being cleaned for the whole time we were there. Lots of cute cats around, however this does mean that the courtyard area smells a bit like cat urine which can be unpleasant.

Hicimos la reserva en este lugar ya que en sus opciones en booking salia la opcion de parqueadero, cuando llegamos al sitio nos indican que el parqueadero es el de al frente y es de pago ya que es privado y no hace parte del hotel, al informar al dueño el negaba que en booking tenian esa opcion disponible,cuando se la mostre en frente de el, alfinal se enoja y decide devolvernos en dinero de la reserva, exponemos este caso para que no se vuelva a rrepetir y el señor quite la opcion de parqueadero en booking.

A bad experience…only positive cheap and nice, if clueless owners

Cons:

Room needs proper cleaning- cobwebs, fans covered in black dust- blows on you when switched on. A dirty old vending machine stored in room. Towels and sheets older and thinner than my great grandmother. Place smells bad and too many animals for hostel to be hygienic. No hot water. The room is super hot-could not sleep..checked out early. No mosquito net(essential in Minca). Other cheap basic options in Minca which are at least clean.

La proximité des arrêts de bus et il est au centre ville

Sale bruyant . Le matelas avait les ressorts qui ressortaient presque du matelas. La nuit a été épouvantable . Odeur de moisi et linge de lit et serviettes dans un etat douteux
