⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Un séjour magnifique !
Pros:

Nous avons adoré notre séjour à The Heaven’s Villa Kandy. Un endroit splendide, calme et très reposant, avec la fraîcheur agréable de Kandy.
Le personnel est adorable, chaleureux et très à l’écoute. La nourriture est variée et délicieuse, avec beaucoup de choix.

Je souhaite partager mon expérience au sein de The Heavens Villa Hanthana, un véritable havre de paix niché dans les montagnes de Hantana, à proximité des Richmond Hills. Cet établissement offre un refuge serein, loin du trafic et du bruit de Kandy. Les paysages d’une beauté exceptionnelle, le service de qualité supérieure ainsi que la cuisine locale, notamment le dîner sri-lankais et le petit-déjeuner inclus, étaient d’un niveau remarquable, avec des portions généreuses et des saveurs authentiques. La propriété est soigneusement entretenue et le personnel, attentif et très serviable. Je n’hésiterais pas à envisager un nouveau séjour lors de ma prochaine visite à Kandy. Bien qu’il soit situé en dehors du centre-ville, l’accès en tuk-tuk est facile, garantissant un cadre paisible et reposant, idéal pour ceux recherchant une alternative à l’effervescence urbaine.

Getting to the Villa was difficult. Very steep hill and taxies refused to take us up the hill due to the difficulty.

A beautiful villa with sweeping views of Kandy. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, the room was spotless and the traditional Sri Lankan breakfast was amazing. Highly recommended.

Buen personal pero la ubicación muy lejos de todo y sin cocina abierta

Me gustó el personal siempre dispuesto a ayudar fueron muy muy amables y respetuosos.

Cons:

Lo cogí porque leí buenas reseñas de la comida y luego resultó que solo ofrecían pollo con verduras para cenar. Un día quise comer y la cocina estaba cerrada y es un hotel que está en mitad de una colina por lo que si no tienen el restaurante del hotel abierto te tienes que coger un tuk tuk cada vez y hacer 15-20 minutos.

It was a place where I could find peace of mind.
Pros:

The room was very spacious, allowing me to relax completely. Because it's located on a mountaintop, the air was incredibly clean and the view was magnificent. All the staff members had wonderful smiles and were very kind.

Cons:

The drain in the shower room next to the dining table was weak, so it should be fixed.

The hotel is very pretty. The gentleman at the reception, Mr. Dulan has been very helpful throughout the stay, checking up on us.

The breakfast was very good. Would definitely recommend anyone staying in Kandy.

Stains all over the toilet basin. Water leaking in the bathroom shower and spraying water all over. In hot tub mechanics not working. Water spraying outside of the hot tub. Very unhygienic. Waste of money. It's a shit room in a shit hotel. Poor service.

Good hotel in the mountains of Kandy
Pros:

The room was clean, the breakfast good. The hotel is located in the mountains of Kandy, so you will have to walk a bit to get in the city but you will also have a very nice view :).

Cons:

The bathroom could be cleaner (e.g. my toilet seat was very dirty/brown).
