Never ever go and stay in this hotel. Your money and self respect will be lost. Worst behavior.

Nothing to like. Worst ever stay. Please never go this hotel. Waste of money. No power. No hot water. Water logged in the washroom

No power. No hot water. Water logged in washroom. Didn't drain for whole day. Couldn't enter bathroom because of water logging. Washroom was very dirty. Hot tub was very dirty. Stains all over the toilet basin. Water leaking in the bathroom shower and spraying water all over. In hot tub mechanics not working. Water spraying outside of the hot tub. Very unhygienic. Waste of money. It's a shit room in a shit hotel. Poor service.

Good hotel in the mountains of Kandy
Pros:

The room was clean, the breakfast good. The hotel is located in the mountains of Kandy, so you will have to walk a bit to get in the city but you will also have a very nice view :).

Cons:

The bathroom could be cleaner (e.g. my toilet seat was very dirty/brown).

A nice escape from busy Kandy with very friendly staff, large room and bathroom. It was nice to sit outside on the balc

A bit far away from the center of Kandy.

Pros:

Was very spacious and comfortable bed .
Great views and lovely settings.
The suite was lovely and for us good value.
The staff were very kind my daughter was ill so we ended up in the hospital for 24 hours.They asked after her well being.
Nice breakfast on our terrace.
Fantastic views at night the city of Kandy all lite up.
Huge wundo s with fantastic views day and night.

Cons:

It is quite a steep hill upwards not a fan of heights.
Nowhere nearby to just pick something up or not near public transport.Taxis are cheap enough though on pick me.
The table in our room was glass and if you lent on it it wobbled quite a lot
Although the stay overall was lovely a great beautiful place up in the hills.

Pros:

As a solo female traveler, safety is always my top priority when choosing a place to stay. I would honestly give this place 10/10 for safety and peace of mind. I felt completely comfortable throughout my stay.

The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, always ready to assist with anything I needed. The room was spacious, clean, and very comfortable, with a beautiful mountain view that made the stay even more special. The food was also really good and exceeded my expectations.

The road to the hotel is easy enough to find, though since it’s on a mountain, you do need to climb a bit — but the stunning view at the top makes it absolutely worth it.

Highly recommended, especially for solo travelers!

Great view
Pros:

The view was amazing from the hill top over Kandy. Nice staff and good breakfast

Cons:

Difficult for driving to the top of the hill. It is about 20 mins out of the city centre so you need a car.

Pros:

Very helpful staff.
Happy to get me a hairdryer when the hairdryer in the room didn't work.
Also produced a router to use in our room during our stay as the signal was stopping out.
Good breakfast.
Beautiful views from the hotel.

Cons:

Shower leaked onto the bathroom floor from the corner of the shower but staff quickly produced towels yo mop it up.
Tuk tuk drive to and ftom the hotel as very steep hill up from the town but beautiful views made up for that.

Las vistas son impresionantes. La casa está situada en una ladera alta y se ve toda la ciudad.

Por poner una pega, el acceso es un tanto complicado. Tiene musas pendientes y curvas pronunciadas.

Comfortable Room with Nice view

Absolutely professional staff, specially thank you for one of gentlemen who help us to make our stay comfortable. We stay there only for one day room is super clean and with nice view, we had dinner and breakfast from there foods are very testy. Totally recommend for stay there. Hidden Gem in the hulls of Kandy!!
Pros:

The staff were very friendly & accommodating, special thanks to mr. irfan who went above & beyond to make sure our visit was a memorable one. We required some amnesties for our kids late night & Irfan helped us get them. The location was amazing & the view was simply top tier, specially the sunset was mesmerizing. Place was super clean, food was delicious & the breakfast was brilliant too with many options. Highly recommended, will definitely visit once again.

Cons:

Nothing really to be honest. Overall i was very happy & pleased with my stay at heavens villa.

100% recomendable
Pros:

100% recomendable, las vistas son espectaculares y el trato inmejorable. Rathñayake y Tharindu estuvieron pendientes de cubrir todas nuestras necesidades y fueron muy atentos y cercanos. Por otro lado el chef Udugamakorala nos preparó un desayuno muy completo y una cena con comida típica de ellos que estaba espectacular.
