Noisy outside but this would be all hotels in the area.

Parking was made available. Quick response from the owner and the staff to issue that needed attention, they were very attentive to the us. Morever the staff were friendly and easy going. The balcony view was one of the best sights ever, highly recommend.
We booked two rooms of which, one did not have a cold water supply and the bathtub drian was blocked. Things like this needs to be thoroughly checked otherwise this could pose a serious Health & Safety Issue.
It is a beautiful location, very close to Kandy town and the temple. I enjoyed walking around the Kandy lake after I visited the temple which was a walking distance from the hotel. Staffs were very friendly and my food was prepared the way I wanted.

Very accommodating staff who answered our billion questions and a well kept room with everything that we needed. Amazing views of Kandy - the mountains and greenery are something I’ll never get used to!!
Fantastic hotel with excellent customer service - they know how to treat guests right. The room also had the most beautiful views of the Kandy Lake, just out the balcony! I would sit out there and have my tea every morning I just couldn’t get enough. Will definitely be returning here for my next visit.

The breakfast was very good we enjoyed the Sri Lankan food, ideal location only 10 minutes walk to the city centre and the world famous Buddhist temple. I walked around the lake in the evening and it was very peaceful surrounding. Staff were very friendly and accommodating. my stay was very comfortable and excellent value for money.

It is close to the Kandy lake Walking distance 5mins The room was very pleasant, it was cozy and clean. Breakfast was excellent and incredibly varied. The hotel team has always been friendly, patient and helpful. That impressed me the most. No matter what time of day or night, you could turn to them with all your concerns. On my next stays, I will definitely check into Lakefield Hotel The price performance ratio is very good." Highly recommended

Either fan or Air conditioning available to use at a time, not both together
No cooked dinner available because not many booked that day. They needed to make dinner only for me. Dinner was very small potions served. Not much choice was there.
