Lovely villa with incredible views

Pros:

Goede prijs kwaliteit verhouding, alles was heel proper. Mooi uitzicht. Moderne kamer.

Cons:

Sommige zaken mogen wel eens aangepakt worden, ons gordijn viel van de rails, de lakens waren proper maar versleten. Het restaurant was 's avonds niet open. Kamers waren eerder gehorig.

Wonderful stay with great views of Kandy
Pros:

Beautiful pool & park. The room was large and spacious with exceptional views of the mountains. The staff was amazing , always making sure you have everything you need. Breakfast was delicious and very filling.

Cons:

I like the fact that it’s outside the city center but for those who don’t want to take a Tuk Tuk to get around - it’s something to consider

Very poor service, and not what advertised on booking.com
Cons:

I didn't like being woken up at 23.20 by the reception phoning the room to ask if I was in the room so they could lock the main gates.
I didn't like waiting for breakfast being served at 08.10 when the website states 06.30 to 09.30 and the manager stated 08.00.

Great hotel, with the kindest team managing it
Pros:

The team at Kandyan Hotel is just beyond amazing. We arrived super late from an 8-hour car trip, all restaurants were already close and the manager was super kind to prepare some food for us, even though the kitchen had already closed.
Overall, super attentive, and amazing breakfast. Really kind people and super helpful.

The hotel was very clean and exactly like the photos. Highly recommend.

Cons:

Nothing, honestly everything was great. We have nothing to add here.

Great experience!
Pros:

We stayed three families with children for 3 nights and ir was great experience. Rooms were clean, spacious, well equipped ( with air conditioning, towels, shampoo,coffee, tea, drinking water,hairdryer, iron), beds are spacious and long ( ir was important for us being tall :) ), all rooms with wonderfull view to mountains, in peacefull surroundings.
Personnel was extremely helpful always asking if anything is needed.
Food was delicious and a lot of it. We ordered with breakfast included and breakfast was really delicious. They served lots of various fruits,juice,bread, marmalade, we could choose from omlette, baked eggs, scrumbled eggs or boild eggs. children wanted pancakes and they were prepared and even children had opportunity to prepared pancakes with Chef themselves .
Chef also prepared traditional food for us to taste during vreakfast. For some days we ordered dinner in advanced from meniu and they prepared really delicious dinner for us.
There was small clean pool for children and deeper and bigger one for adults.Personnel even prepared fruits to taste while we were relaxing near pool.
Its the hotel we really recommend to stay!!!!
