The pool and beach and swimming areas were absolutely lovely and the view spectacular. The staff were incredibly helpful and nice, especially when helping us to organise taxis.

Cons:

The main issue is how difficult it can be to get to and from the old town. There is supposed to be a bus coming every hour, but we never saw it come within 40 minutes of when it was supposed to, and even then there is no designated bus stops so you have to wave down the driver which can be inconsistent. Taxis were between 8-14 euros depending on time. With the help of the brilliant hotel staff getting a taxi from the hotel was not too bad, but getting back from the old town was very difficult at times. One time we had to wait about an hour for a taxi, one time we booked one and they picked up someone else, and one time we couldn't get one at all so had to walk back to the hotel which was about an hour on small roads with cars close to you. This is of course not the hotels fault, and the hotel itself was great, just be mindful of the location if you plan on going into old town very often.

Excellent location and staff. Also serving quality food. Perfect for couples.
Pros:

Lots to like: blue line bus stop is a few steps across the street. Salt water pool. Great staff. Nice fresh breakfast. Had a superb seafood dinner as the sun set. Location is quiet- not a high volume tourist area.

Cons:

The bathroom and shower are exceptionally small. 11am checkout strictly enforced. No elevator- so if mobility issues this would not be an ideal property.

Prima hotel.
Pros:

Ligt mooi aan een baai met zwel mini strand als een steiger.
Ontbijt buffet is prima.

Cons:

Het zwembad bevat zout water, ben ik geen fan van.
De gym slaat nergens op, redelijk nutteloos.
Douche is heel klein.
WC is praktisch onder de wasbak.
Kamers zijn behoorlijk gehorig.
Internet op de kamer is heel slecht.
Om op de parkeerplaats te komen en gaan moet je wachten tot je gezien wordt als je bij de slagboom staat te wachten.
Dit kan tussen de 10 seconden en 5 minuten duren.
Niet al het personeel kan goed Engels.
Schoonmaken gebeurd niet elke dag.

Cons:

The view is beautiful, but the transportation in this area is terrible. If you are not staying near Kotor Old Town, it is almost impossible to get a taxi, as there are rarely any available cars. The bus is supposed to run every 30 minutes, but we waited for over an hour and it never arrived. Unless you have a car, I would not recommend staying here.

Très bon séjour nous recommandons cet hôtel.
Pros:

L’emplacement incroyable sur Kotor et la plage privée ainsi que la piscine. Un grand merci à Irina pour son sourire, son accueil et nous avoir permis de changer de chambre. Très bon petit déjeuner copieux et varié.

Cons:

L’hôtel est un peu vieillissant et mériterait d’être rénové.
