Arredo della camera abbastanza vecchio, porta della camera difettosa (è rimasta anche aperta dopo le pulizie), WC talmente vicino al lavandino da non esserci spazio per le gambe.
The staff were really nice, welcoming and always helpful. Service was good and they were very responsive.
The outside areas are amazing : the pool, the private beach and the dining area are definitely the best part of the hotel. Everything outside is really well done and enjoyable.
The only downside is the rooms, which feel a bit old and could use some renovation. Also, just so you know, there is no elevator. But overall, I had a great stay and I would still recommend it.

De kamer kost 200€ per nacht, ontbijt moet extra worden betaald en dan moet koffie ook nog eens extra worden betaald. Er staat heel hard muziek aan en bij navraag of het wat zachter kan, wordt de muziek nog harder gezet. De ''eigenaar'' heeft eein gedeelte van het terras afgezet voor zijn familie en vrienden. Bovendien is hij heel onvriendelijk en niet behulpzaam.
Er staat nergens vermeld dat het hotel op een helling ligt met trappen. Het zijn 46 treden naar de ontbijtzaal, 64 treden naar het zwembad en bijna 200 treden naar het dorp en het water.
De wifi was slecht.

It's a great location, right on the water. The staff was fantastic and the restaurant had really good food! And the room had a great view! And we had a Movie Night, right next to the water.
The room was a bit small
The outdoor area is great. Nice pool and private little beach. The room was comfortable enough. The food in the restaurant was nice and the staff are helpful.
The hotel is far from Kotor old town, you need to take a bus or taxi there (or walk around 50 - 60 minute). Walking there is a little tricky because the roads are so narrow that you often need to watch out for cars squeezing you in. But if you only plan to stay in the hotel then it's fine. The staff in general are nice and helpful. Though the restaurant manager refused to set us a table outside under the excuse of incoming rain when it was clear it would no longer rain.. when we insisted he conceded. There was no hair conditioner and the body wash was so unexplainably stinky that it was impossible to use it. We had to buy our own toiletries.
The view is fantastic lovely location
We wanted to order pizza at 7:20pm and they said that they stopped serving pizza at 7pm which is a bit confusing for us as its an inside restaurant
The location is fabulous if you want to stay on the quieter side of Kotor Bay and have a fabulous view The breakfast is really good and the staff are super friendly. If you book a boat trip, they can drop you off at the hotel. It’s a perfect place to rest or just chill by the swimming pool. The room was quite simple, with a bathroom and a shower. You can reach the Old Town by local bus, which runs every hour, by taxi in 10 min, or just walk for around 30 min.

Quarto e wc pequenos e antiquados, as camas são também pequenas. A janela não tem black out. A limpeza do wc não foi cuidada. Fazia um barulho constante de uma maquina a arrancar no corredor.
