Toller Ausblick. Wunderschön und empfehlenswert.

Worth the score and long drive
Pros:

Stunning view... quiet location up the hill... very narrow roads not suited for large SUVs, especially with locals parking everywhere they can. Overall, worth the drive :)

Cons:

Wi-fi is good in the common area but non-existent in the rooms. Massage (bought extra) was ok... nothing special.

Pros:

La chambre est tout simplement splendide, et le personnel absolument adorable. Toute l’équipe fait vraiment son maximum pour faciliter votre séjour et vous rendre service, avec énormément de gentillesse.

L’hôtel est certes situé en hauteur, mais des places de parking sont disponibles pour les chambres les plus hautes, ce qui est très pratique. J’ai également vu qu’un ascenseur était en cours d’installation ou déjà en passe d’être mis en service, ce qui facilitera encore davantage l’accès.

Mention spéciale pour le buffet du petit-déjeuner : il est exceptionnel ! De loin l’un des meilleurs que j’ai pu tester dans le coin, avec des produits vraiment délicieux.

Il n’y a pas de restaurant à l’hôtel pour le reste de la journée, mais le personnel propose très gentiment de commander des pizzas pour les clients, ce que j’ai trouvé particulièrement attentionné. Et dans tous les cas, plusieurs restaurants se trouvent à moins de cinq minutes en voiture.

Je recommande cet hôtel à un million de pourcents ! C’est vraiment l’un des établissements du coin qui mérite pleinement ses étoiles. Une excellente expérience !

Non c'è possibilità di mangiare in hotel che ti costringe spesso a richiedere una pizza a domicilio o ad uscire. Ci sono comunque dei ristoranti li vicino

Puikus viešbutis, tvarkinga teritorija, švarūs baseinai ir skanūs pusryčiai. Kambarių pakeitimo situacija buvo kiek nema

Viešbutis labai tvarkingas, baseinai prižiūrimi, teritorija graži ir tvarkinga. Pusryčiai gausūs ir skanūs, o kambariai buvo tvarkomi kiekvieną dieną.

Cons:

Vis dėlto atvykimo dieną gavome mažesnės klasės kambarį, nei buvome užsakę. Tą pačią dieną jo pakeisti negalėjo, nes užsakytas kambarys buvo išnuomotas kitiems svečiams. Kitą dieną kambarį pakeitė, tačiau pats procesas buvo gana neaiškus. Iš pradžių buvo sakoma, kad tai mūsų kambarys ir kad visi kambariai vienodi, nors akivaizdžiai jie skyrėsi. Vėliau registratūroje buvo pasakyta, kad 11:30 galėsime pakeisti kambarį, tačiau atėjus tuo metu darbuotoja teigė, kad buvo pasakyta tik suteikti informaciją apie galimybę jį pakeisti.

Galiausiai susitarėme, kad išvykstame į miestą, o mūsų daiktai bus perkelti į naują kambarį be mūsų. Grįžę radome daiktus jau perkelti, tad šią situaciją išsprendėme.

Dar vienas minusas – viešbutyje nėra galimybės vietoje užsisakyti pietų ar vakarienės, o maisto pristatymą siūlo tik picerija. Vis dėlto, paprašius registratūros, galima užsisakyti staliuką aplinkiniuose restoranuose.

Bendrai viešbutį vertiname gerai – teritorija, baseinai, pusryčiai ir tvarka tikrai paliko gerą įspūdį. Iš aplinkinių restoranų rekomenduojame Utarna Terrace.

Insgesamt ein gutes Hotel.
Pros:

Insgesamt ist es eine gute Anlage, mit mehreren Pools zur Auswahl, einem wirklich tollem Frühstück, einer guten Bar. Man ist schnell am See, es gibt genug Parkplätze.

Cons:

Leider war der Geruch im Bad muffig, kam wohl aus den Abflüssen, war aber leider auch im Zimmer ein Problem. Der Balkon mit Seeblick... Naja, die Anlage ist relativ verbaut, man schaut eher auf die diversen Dächer (auch vom Infinitypool aus), als auf den See. Mein Bettlaken war leider von Anfang an nicht ganz sauber.
