Nothing - I love it all
rooms were clean .
although we book a for 3 , we only had a small double bed , and the reception told me sorry we give our bigger room to someone else .
there is no parking
they only offer 1 towel
poor breakfast.
I consider it a great place for single and young couple but a nightmare for families
The location is great. The bed was nice. The staff are friendly. And they have a nice restaurant on the roof and a great coffeebar on the ground floor.
The internet connection was very bad. During the day it was ok, but at night when there were more people in the hotel, the internet did not work most of the time.
The shower was strange. Sometimes the warm water worked. But also some times there was only cold water.
The breakfast is ok, but nothing special.
Excellent location, and the staff was very kind and helpfull. Would come again.
Nothing.
Cute boutique hotel that has what you need. Staff are super friendly and willing to go out their way to service your needs. Great value for money!
The staff is amazing and the place incredible
Nothing
Is a small hotel with interesting themed rooms. It makes you curious about Pasto and its history. Colourfull and very modern the facilities are very good. Rooms and other areas are very clean and the cleaning staff is very atentive and always ready to help. The little restaurant at the top and the caffe downstairs serve very good food and safe you the time of going out into the cold, cold night of Pasto.
The person that was at the reception desk the day I arrived was not very helpfull. He gave me the room key and that was it. Not any other information about breakfast hours, free wifi service or even how things worked in the room...not exactly what you will call "warm". Also, I had to eat breakfast very early in the morning before going to work and not everything was available at that hour (6:30 am), even thought that was the hour they start serving breakfast. Be mindfull that if you are staying in this hotel, the restaurant upstairs is open to the public and staff seems to be very unprepared to handle the rush hour, they will take their time to take your order and then to deliver. So, either go earlier or be mindfull that it will take some time for you to be able to eat.
